I went in to get a blood draw on a Friday, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and comfortable the process was. Martin was very professional, courteous and efficient. I arrived 5-10mins before my appointment and was finished 5-10mins after.

Nice and quick, no fuss. Remember that you'll be anxious for the blood draw, so work with your technician and you'll have a good time. We're all humans at the end of the day.
