“These guys were lifesavers! My Samsung suddenly gave up on life while visiting San Francisco, which is very stressful on a trip. No way to order rides around town, no way to check-in for my flight, no way to contact local friends, and no boarding pass
Panic set in!
I stumbled across Eco Wireless just by luck while walking around and they took a look at the phone and said they could replace the screen and get it working in 30-40 minutes.
I had other tasks to do that day and couldn't come back until the next day. Sure enough, the phone was ready and good as new the next morning.

“I recently went to this AT&T location with my mother . I was helped by Rick. Before even getting to the store I went on an hour drive to pick up 3 brand new IPhone 16 Pros. I called the store after I received them from Best Buy and Rick answered. Rick was so kind and receptive. I told him that I needed help setting 3 new phones and transferring all of our old data from our IPhone 6S, 7, and XR. Without hesitation, he said we could come in and he would help.
When we got to AT&T store he greeted us and we sat down at a table together. Rick was patient throughout the whole process. He helped us get a better plan for our family account and transferred over all data without any issue. Rick is the type of employee that we all hope to encounter when we go to an AT&T store with an issue. I am so grateful that we had Rick to help us. I hope that he stays at this location because he is great at what he does. He also has a ton of experience which makes sense as to why he made everything effortless.
I would be remiss not to mention Josh who assisted when needed but was inventorying the entire store the entire time we were there. Both gentleman were excellent.
AT&T should do whatever they can to keep these guys around.”

“Had my screen replaced here and it turned out to be defective. Aside from it freezing, scrolling on its own and switching apps by itself… the screen just fell out one day as I picked my phone up! I brought it back in as soon as I was able to which was about 6 weeks later. The guy that fixed couldn’t believe that the screen just fell out and thought I broke it. I explained to him what happened and reminded him that I called to report the freezing issue a week after but could not come back sooner. He said he could not warranty it. I said ok I’ll pay for it but I need it fixed. I’m an honest person and the phone is worth to me more than the money or wasting time arguing. I left it there and came back a few hours later. He fixed my screen and said no charge. I’m not sure what happened but I think he figured out that the screen was defective and didn’t charge me again. The whole interaction and service was polite and cordial with no attitude. This review is not about the money or services but the fact that they honored the warranty and replaced it even though it was a manufacturer defect. That says a lot about a business and their integrity. I’ll be back for all my repairs and be sure to recommend them.”

He was friendly and professional and best of all, said he could do the job right away. 15 minutes later had a new battery, and the phone is now holding a charge. “The staff/employees of this AT&T store are the best, specifically, Riccardo (Ricky). The data on my iphone was blocked for some reason, but I could not figure out why even after going to 3 AT&T stores and the Apple Store and being on the phone for hours with AT&T support on a Saturday and resetting my phone at least 20 times. Ricky was able to figure it out and fix the issue for me. He was so nice, patient (especially with the administrator on my account, who was extremely rude (my deepest apologies for her behavior and unwillingness to help by giving you temporary access to my phone), knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. I cannot thank him enough. He turned my awful experience into a positive one and I am grateful! Thank you, Ricky!”
“Mani Was the best customer agent at Metro have ever connected with and I've been with Metro a few times after leaving T-Mobile a few times and while I like T-Mobile I decided to go with with Metro for cost reasons and when it came in this third time to transfer or pour it out from T-Mobile to Metro money was really instrumental in facilitating the conversation between T-Mobile customer service and Metro customer service that appears that there is block and Metro. Had to connect with T-Mobile to do the unblock and it was very confusing and very frustrating but Mani was able to kindly and patiently facilitate this port and it was successful. He wouldn't above and beyond the call of duty and he's awesome. He should get a brand new free phone out of it. ;)”

“When I first went in to get a phone I was expecting to pay 150 for a phone and service I spent close to 117 the guy set me up and out the door I thought that was easy then came the problem I was trying to make a call and turns out they never activated the sim card so I called and they said I needed the account pin well the one I thought that I put in was wrong so I go to the store explain what the problem was boom they fixed it I was happy left wait still didn't get the pin so I go back and hey you want a talet for free they say to me for free yes just pay the tax well than it's not free he said no it's free I'll cover the tax I'm like ok but he charged me service fee for my phone now I pay 10 a month for a free tablet and 60 for a phone and still don't have the pin two months later I was able to get pin and my address that I gave them was not the address on the bill nor was the email. So now I need to know what email my account is under”
