“I elected the 7 ft. 11 in. x 4 ft. 8 in. x 6 ft. 11 in small U-Box container moving cross country. Delivery was provided by U-Haul via HD Moving and was promptly on time. Plenty of room for his truck and trailer with the U-Box to back into the driveway and unload into the garage. Prior to the delivery, Marcel from HD Moving stayed in contact via text and phone calls to ensure the process went smoothly. Marcel went above and beyond assisting with lowering the ramp and moving large, heavy items from the U-Box that would have been difficult for me to do on my own. The whole process from delivery of the U-Box to completion of moving the items out was under an hour with his assistance. Highly satisfied!”
“The app that U-Haul is trying to push is a stupid idea. Things come up that a cell phone cannot fix quickly, and they still want to charge the same amount for less customer service!

“Moving is a nightmare. Even if you think you're prepared for it, when you're in it, it's still more time consuming, frustrating and exhausting than expected. With that said, people make a difference. Debbie, Wendy and an enthusiastic gentleman in training were patient, accommodating and just nice, which was great to experience during such a stressful time. I visited this location versus the other locations probably 6-7 times within a 3-4 day period to make purchases and do returns and they were consistent with their customer service, which was appreciated. I also had a situation where I purchased moving supplies online at a different location and was not refunded properly. They took the time to provide me with the correct refund amount.”
“This company is under new ownership and is outstanding. The vehicle I rented from this company was stolen the day I dropped it off. The company did a very good job in helping me become a whole person again from the parking citation I received from whoever stole the vehicle. It is very common for vehicles to get stolen in San Francisco, and car thieves go after Uhaul's for some odd reason. If it happens to you, this company will do a good job in resolving the matter. Not only do car thieves go after Uhaul vehicles, they also ciphon off their gas. The new ownership at this store is doing its job to combat the crime in the city, and I highly recommend renting a Uhaul from this store. They will help you. Their customer service is fantastic. Remind you, they are under new ownership, and the new owner is doing an amazing job to help keep our city safe and crime free.”
