Unique among breweries outside Japan, Sequoia Sake owns the rice seed used by local farmers, ensuring quality and authenticity. Simply wonderful. I love how this is so tucked away, a small hole in the wall with a wonderful ambience. The high ceilings, ceiling windows, and comfortable seating make it amenable for any party size - the owners clearly care about their product and are experts in their own craft.
