I found this place on IG and had to drop by. I spent about an hour looking at all of the vintage/antique pieces. I could have easily spent several hours and several thousand dollars there, as they had so many interesting things.

The most unique event venue space in a historic printing studio. Highly recommended for all your meetings and events -if you’re looking for a unique experience in SF!! I’ve been doing events for 20+ years and this is truly a special place. Make sure to include a visit to the press room and mercantile shop!

The Box SF is in the former William Randolph Hearst Printing plant! We are a historic private Events Venue and Meeting Spaces on our upper floors, and a Letterpress Printing Shop and recreation of an 1850's Mercantile and General Store Selling "All Things Printed" on our ground floor.
We host weddings, dinners, film and photo shoots, corporate meetings, off-sites, seminars, luncheons, product launch, pop up events + more. We offer full Catering, Bar, Furniture and Technical support options. Events open 24/7. The store is open Mon-Sat:10am-5pm.
