Why on earth during the busy holiday season is there only one person working??? That guy is friendly and great but really? One person helping this giant line? The last three times I’ve come in it’s been like this. Hire more people please!!! This is ridiculous.

Put a mail hold in and this location says they don’t have my packages. They need to be investigated.
