“Took my Omega Seamaster 300 for repair. The watch had gotten moisture due to a failed gasket. They did a full service on the watch and brushed the center link. Great service and work. Quick turn around. I’ll happily return for future repairs, consultations and fittings.”

“Great experience here. I came in with a bunch of vintage rings. They were honest and quick in evaluating the material and cost to resize and even told me which rings couldn’t be resized because of various issues or design features. Took a week to resize two gold and one sterling silver ring, and they were thoroughly cleaned too! Really happy with their service.”

“After seeing all the positive reviews, I came to Union Street Jewelers to ask them to re-make a double halo yellow diamond ring of mine that was recently stolen. I brought in photos and told them what I wanted; they suggested some changes that would update the ring, make it cleaner and improve the scroll work, and showcase the diamonds more (as opposed to showing more metal). I agreed to their suggestions and just picked up my ring today, and could not be happier! The diamonds are super sparkly and stand out more, the metal work and scroll work are immaculate, and the ring is even more beautiful than the original. The prices are very reasonable, their turnaround time was fast, and Garo, Vartan, and Adam are so friendly, excellent designers, and a pleasure to work with. They are already in the process of re-designing another ring of mine!”

“I wanted to shout out to Peter, young gentleman helped me with my Gucci watch. He didn't hesitate to help me. I explained my situation and he replaced new battery. I asked him how much. He said no costs. I was in total shock. I insisted paying him. He said no. He advised that my watch did not pass some kind of test and recommended to go to repair shop that specialized on Gucci brand. I was so touched. “This is a gem in the neighborhood! My fiancé and I have purchased a few pieces of jewelry from Partita, and they are all wonderful pieces I enjoy wearing everyday. Partita has an impressive selection of jewelries that I know I will continue to discover and fall in love with. It just dawned on me that I could have my engagement platinum ring resized by them. No only did they do a beautiful and perfect job resizing and polishing the band, they cleaned and tightened the diamond which I forgot to mention but a true jewelry expert would spot and correct immediately! They cleaned the diamond so well I thought I got a better diamond from them!! Lol! “Comes across as fine musuem of products that I love to ogle and leer but not to purchase; its like a red light district store of pretty things but they should be let out for air; love the interior deco: Wood paneling and floors give this store a warmth , and wide open clean spaces gives a customer sense of comfort ; service is impeccable ; the watches and clocks are simple and sophisticated. Love the small patio with a long tables and plants that creeps up and down the building. But I don’t see myself buying a product as they seem unattainable.”

“I had a lady and a gentleman help my husband pick out a wonderful Mother’s Day gift and I have gone there before to re-string my 16inch multicolor pearls. The small Tahitian small pearl being shown in the picture-that I’ve got from them in their store and it was a bet small at first at the time I tried it, but the lady said she can adjust the length and change the the back clasp to gold. She was very fast had both pearl necklaces done within a couple hours. I will definitely be coming back they were wonderful.”
“The store is in the 8th floor of a building. I came here to remove some links from Movado watch my husband just gifted me. They are not really a museum but a certified center to do services for Movado, Omega, Gucci, etc. The two people running the place are bit traditional but very knowledgeable. They don't communicate in a way to upsell you anything, but do a good job in maintenance your products. I would come back here again for other services.”

I heard many stories about people getting chocolates/champaign/gifts with their purchase at Harry Winston. It was sad that our associate didn't give us anything, it felt like we were treated differently and not as valued as other customers.”
