Franson will just tell me the svc that I only need and save me money.... unlike other auto shops that i went in the past... always telling me to do this and that... engine flush in a 40k miles car? give me a break..... Jack's auto is my GOTO auto shop ?”

He run the code and he and Marcela suggest that it's probably a transmission problem and gave be a referral for a transmission service.

“Was recommended to this place by a family friend. He takes his cars here and knows the mechanic, Manuel, for a long time. I took in my 2002 Ford Mustang since I needed my manual transmission rebuilt. Manuel worked with my budget and found a place that rebuilt the transmission quickly and didn't cost a fortune. Unfortunately, shops that rebuild manual transmissions aren't as common as automatic ones. My transmission came out well and my car felt like a new one. Smooth shifts and no more grinding. Had the clutch and other components replaced as well. If he can't do it he knows where to send you. “I’m returning Customer last time I got a tire and wheel balanced. This time I went to get an alignment for a 2015 Dodge Caravan. Price was around the same price as everywhere else. But you also need to put in mind that other places do not have time to give you the service that instant. I just called and then I arrived there about 10 minutes later and they started to do the alignment didn’t take that long. Great friendly staff, clean environment. They have a nice cool waiting room have water. They offered different types of services. A gentleman was there to pick up his vehicle. I believe for transmission services maybe oil change not sure I didn’t ask. I just overheard.”
