Staff were attentive, helpful, friendly, loved the personal touches with welcome frame at front desk for guests/wedding, and the hotel has nice areas for bridal photos including front lobby area and in suite. Smaller hotel with smaller beds/room, but in great location and offers breakfast. Great timely responses from sales staff for months prior. Would stay here again!”

The vibe in general is bb very relaxing and chill. Room was incredibly comfortable and they even have Roku tvs so you're not stuck watching bs cable television. 10/10 and will be staying here again when I return next month”

“The Langham Huntington is such a beautiful hotel that is hidden, as it is surrounded by a residential area. I have visited this hotel twice during this month. I came earlier this month for a conference and then I came back with my husband and our little girl dog to walk the grounds and have a nice meal (both The Hideaway Pool Bar and The Terrance are dog friendly, both by the pool. And yes this hotel is also dog friendly in which you may bring your dogs with you when you stay, for an additional fee). Both visits were enjoyable and the staff I interacted with were very friendly and always ready to provide any help or answer any questions if I had any. Staff were also always in smiles when they saw me with my little girl. We enjoyed walking through and taking photos in the Japanese Garden and also in the Horseshoe Garden after lunch. We also enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the tap room, which has a lovely view of the Horseshoe Garden. Most of the hotel was very beautiful, however part of the hotel currently is under construction, with a new pool that will be added and won't be open until later this year. When I came for a conference, it was held in one of the ballrooms. It was nice that each chair came with one of The Langham Huntington's pretty pink pens and notepads for note taking (I saw that other conference attendees took those pink pens when the conference was over from empty chairs). Since this conference was an all day event, breakfast and lunch was provided. I enjoyed the food options that the conference had chosen and thought the food was good overall (although there was a mushroom soup that was very salty that I did not like). The nearby restrooms downstairs from the ballroom were always very clean. As for parking, for day visits, it is rather expensive. Valet seemed to be the only option in which it cost $25. However I was very fortunate for the conference that I attended to have valet included (the conference I attended was sponsored by a large company in which I didn't have to pay for anything). And I was also very lucky to receive an extra validation from the conference to have another day of free validation (which is why I came here for another visit with my husband and our little girl). Overall, I had a great experience with both of these very different visits and am glad that I was able to bring my dog and my husband with me on the last one.”
“I can’t brag about this hotel enough. What a wonderful experience we had staying here for the rose parade! Continental breakfast is fantastic. The staff is so wonderful (Diane was absolutely great helping me reserve my rooms). This location is so close to so many great restaurants. The rooms are simple but really just perfect. We will be returning.”

“The Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia/Pasadena is a solid, comfortable stay and a good option for the area.
Rooms are clean, quiet, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and reliable Wi Fi. The property feels safe and well run, and check in and check out were smooth. Staff interactions were friendly and professional throughout my stay.
The included breakfast is convenient and above average for a hotel in this category, and the common areas are kept tidy. Parking is easy, and the location works well if you are visiting Pasadena, Arcadia, or the surrounding area without wanting to stay directly in downtown LA.
The reason for four stars instead of five is mostly minor consistency items. Some areas could use light refreshing, and peak times can make breakfast or elevators feel a bit crowded.
Overall, this is a dependable, comfortable hotel that does what it promises. I would stay here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.”

The problem I had was it is located on the 3rd floor. No Elevator. Carrying all my luggage three flights of stairs almost killed me. Ask for a room on the lower floor.”

JAY is so courteous and always does everything to make sure I'm happy with room and services. He's very welcoming and makes sure this place stays clean and calming. Special thanks to Natasha from the front-desk. We left an item in our Uber, and the driver didn’t speak English so we could not communicate with him. We were desperate to get our belongings back but due to this language barrier it seemed impossible. Natasha went above and beyond to help us out and she managed to get in touch with the driver and made sure our stuff was delivered back to the hotel that night. This lady deserves all the best for the effort and kindness.”
“I stayed here visiting friends in the SGV and was pleasantly surprised. It’s small and basic, but very clean and recently renovated. The front desk was kind and gave me tips on where to eat nearby (try Baccali Café). Quiet area, decent Wi-Fi, and free parking—great for a short stay if you’re exploring east LA neighborhoods. Definitely not a tourist trap”
