“I absolutely love this place. Lino and his guys are so amazing! Anytime I've brought my vehicle here, they have the best customer service and can calm me out of panic/meltdown mode, Ramon especially. From simple shifter bushing changes to full transmission replacement. They're honest and reasonably priced, which is hard to come by these days. Most shops only care about how much money they can make or up charge and not show any type of compassion in between. I will gladly come from Lake Elsinore out to San Jacinto for those reasons alone. I highly recommend Performance Transmissions. There aren't enough words to express how much I truly appreciate them.”
“The attending cashier was extremely nice and very helpful. They had a widescreen television. It would have been a very good distraction, if the volume was adjusted so a customer could hear. They did a good job with my alignment and new tires. Please, if you don't know this - whenever you get brand new tires, always get them aligned. Because back in March, I bought 2 new tires. I had Walmart put them on. September they had to be replaced because the outside of both tires was bald. I am retired and only drive 100 miles or less a month. Thanks for taking care of my safety.”

“Brought my 1995 dodge cummins in, they did an amazing job putting new injectors in, new vacuum lines, transmission lines. I would definitely recommend, they were on time and communicative, got under my truck today and noticed they took time to reroute everything nice and neat, even made some mounting brackets for the lines”

“We had a blown engine replaced with a low mileage one from a certified used engine dealer. Once the engine was received it only took 2 days to replace. I shopped around and I couldn't have gotten a better price and Omar is the best!

“I have to say I have been going to this place for years for my tags but I've never had any other work done on my car, but let me say after my smog checked passed the guy came to me and told me something that I was already aware of I guess it was just finally time to get it done. I knew he was being honest turns out my bushings arms needed to be replaced ASAP, and I'm so glad I had the money to get the service done cause lord knows how long I would have kept driving. So in short what would have been a $700 job turned into a $300 because I was able to get my own parts so all I paid for was the labor which was nice! And even after he was done I was ready to take off and drive and heard a noise and not only did I turn back around to him knowing what the problem was and fixed it with no issues! So if you have money but don't want to spend it and is looking for a good price as well as work then give this place a try cause this is my go to place!!!”

“Glad I did my research on this place. The reviews say it all. Communication thru out the whole process was great. They replaced my rear bumper off of my 2021 Lexus IS350 with original parts. Job came out clean. Car came out clean with a car wash. Customer service was great. Warranty for life as long as I don't sell the car. As a automotive manager these guys did great. If I can give them ten stars I would. Oh wait⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?ok 10 stars....”

“We rented a U-Haul truck from Complete Towing and we were so impressed with Anthony and his friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service. He was helpful and knowledgeable and he looked out for our best interest by offering us insurance to protect us from any hassle we might have experienced, but thank God we didn't have to use it. He also made sure we were using the correct dolly for our move. The entire transaction was smooth and free from any BS. And that's the way I like it! Thanks Anthony!”

Stopped in and received excellent service. Even though they were very busy, gentleman stopped to come talk to me.
Tire has a large screw in it. Patched & checked all tire pressures for me.
Even repositioned my vehicle so I could get out of driveway easily.

Car was worked on, on a timely matter. Sal seems honest and truthful about his work. Dealership has suggested other things needed on vehicle and Sal told me the same thing.
