Car was worked on, on a timely matter. Sal seems honest and truthful about his work. Dealership has suggested other things needed on vehicle and Sal told me the same thing. “Got referred to Rux for alignment, another shop told me they couldn't align it because parts were incorrectly installed which they are not so I came here ! first off the building looks amazing, welcoming and clean. By time I parked someone came out greeted myself and a friend who followed me to drop it off employee was a real friendly. Lobby was wide open space and clean didn't smell like a mechanic shop like others, lady at the front desk was super friendly seemed like she loved her job!! Jason the tech asked me about the concerns I had we walked out to the truck inspected it and I left called me less then hour later it was ready, jason greeted me inside and went over everything with me and I'm beyond happy with my experience here!! Price was great not over priced or to cheap, Truck drives straight n safe for my trip to Oregon Friday”

“The attending cashier was extremely nice and very helpful. They had a widescreen television. It would have been a very good distraction, if the volume was adjusted so a customer could hear. They did a good job with my alignment and new tires. Please, if you don't know this - whenever you get brand new tires, always get them aligned. Because back in March, I bought 2 new tires. I had Walmart put them on. September they had to be replaced because the outside of both tires was bald. I am retired and only drive 100 miles or less a month. Thanks for taking care of my safety.”

He was helpful and knowledgeable and he looked out for our best interest by offering us insurance to protect us from any hassle we might have experienced, but thank God we didn't have to use it. Tire has a large screw in it. Patched & checked all tire pressures for me.
Even repositioned my vehicle so I could get out of driveway easily.

“Our vehicle was hit by road debris, sustained a damaged grill, headlight/turn signal, some bumper damage, and some scuffs/scratches. From our first call to picking up our vehicle, we were impressed with their professional, attentive service. Vehicle was ready before they thought it would be, the gentleman we worked with when we picked it up, Fabian D., took time to walk around the vehicle with us to go over the repairs and answer our questions. Plus it was washed and vaccumed inside, looked better than when we bought it! Very pleased with their service, highly recommend them!”
