“The store is run quite efficiently by the in house management. The staff are quite helpful to me every time I have come in. My printers have stood the test of time that I have purchased there. My biggest problem is the Canon brand ink supply. I hate online shopping for things like ink. The selection for my brand is sometimes hard to come by. I rarely have seen multiples of the single colors that I need. The big pack just went up for a consistent $82.00 to $89.00. I was was livid! I had just seen the $82.00 price about 3 weeks ago! I have contact Canon directly twice about this and gave gotten no response.”

“NICE NEW STAFF! I remember when this place was ran by not-so-friendly "Karens", therefore I was happy to walk-in and be greeted by friendly new employees! The girls working the desk were very helpful and packaged my Mom's items quickly. Also, the staff never made us wait unnecessarily.
The store is pretty neat and orderly. Boxes are clearly displayed in the back and there's quite a few gifts, cards, and items for those interested in shipping cool little memorabilia. I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations.
PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient.
My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Our box wasn't heavy lol. Oh well, the service requested was provided and I guess we had to bite the bullet on this one...”
“Excellent customer service. I made the mistake of going to the USPS on Florida and the blonde middle aged women at the front desk is extremly rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time there and go to FedEx. Literally every time I have come here the staff is so friendly and helpful.”
“I just want to say that in general, over the years, my experience at Fed Ex Office has never been smooth; however, this store is the exception. I am an attorney from out of town and was in back to back trials. I needed my exhibits printed, hole punched and put in books. They did this within a day. Over 500 pages and needed three sets. I am especially grateful to Mikayla (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and Brittany. Both of you did a great job for me and were extremely courteous, helpful and prompt. Thank you again!”
“Staff was amazing! They helped me with a missing belonging that by chance was dropped off by a good samaritan. The staff gave me a call and the belonging was returned. The 2 lovely ladies at the front were kind and great human beings. “PERSONALLY THIS PLACE IS a hidden Jewel because I am a disabled Senior Citizen , a newbie, having No one to guide me around this township, with no personal Chaufferr, can not afford Uber, taxi, the buses do not make it easier because would have to take two different routes and the main USPS branch is WAY OUT OF DISTANCE TO GET TO.”

“Picking up your package(s) on Saturday mornings
The Post Office opening hours shows that the Post Office opens at 10 AM PST on Saturday.
Google Maps shows the Post Office opening hour at 9AM PST.
9AM PST is the ACTUAL opening time WHEN you're mailing, and or purchasing stamps.
When you're PICKING UP packages for whatever reason, that section opens at 10AM PST
YET, people start piling up at 9AM PST because of that misconception. Heck, I myself was in line with them to pick up at 9AM. I was in line for a WHOLE hour.
Funny thing about this is that there is a sign on top of the package office, hand written opening time. BUT, you have to lift your head WAY UP to see it.

Conclusion, if you're mailing and or buying, the Post Office is open for you at 9AM PST.
If you're picking up, that section opens up at 10AM PST.
Trust me they will not do you a favor and open up early just because you're a pretty Lady, and or an old Woman barely able to stand on your feet for too long.”
