This 7/11 at 2:55am was closed when it should’ve been open. I was with a former 7/11 manager and he was outraged they were violating the franchise rules

I was given the wrong change and he admitted that he shorten me. . I couldn't have my receipt. When I was waiting for the correct change a customer behind me said they are known for doing so.
