The fans need to create more noise! Otherwise your room is silent and you can hear other rooms shut and open and the noise of the city around you.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient for attending events at SAP center. Reception and checking in was efficient and smooth. There are limited food options and The bar tenders joke surrounding EBT are unnecessary and inappropriate which was the reasoning for 3 stars.

This is a lovely hotel. The only problem is , the hotel only supplies one bartender. When the place is packed, you have to be patient getting a second drink, and paying your bill, even if you're charging the drinks to your room. A side note, the bartender is on point with mixed drinks.
