We had a great experience buying our couch here. Shiena helped us find the fabric colors we had seen online and explained all our customizing options. She was knowledgeable and helpful without feeling pushy! The store manager was very nice as well.

Lazy boy off of Blossom Hill Rd San Jose CA Store manager Ana Gonzalez was stellar. We bought 3 sofas, loveseat, chair and 2 pillows with ease. Her knowledge for the furniture was outstanding.
