They were patient, thoughtful, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. We originally went in to buy just a sofa, but our designer, Michelle Winter, helped us think about the bigger picture -- how everything would fit together in our space. She has such a great eye for design and gave us so many helpful suggestions on how to decorate and pull the whole room together. While we waited for our order, Michelle kept us updated every step of the way, which we really appreciated. The communication was excellent, and it made us feel taken care of. The furniture itself looks amazing -- super stylish and great quality. We're so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend BoConcept to anyone looking for beautiful, modern pieces and an awesome shopping experience!”

“From start to finish Scandinavian Designs Furniture totally ROCKED it!! Excellent customer service, wonderful communications, and superior personalities!! I walked in a few times and met staff that weren't even dealing with my order, and all of them treadted me and my family so wonderfully!! LOVED that!! From the initial communication to the final installation, everything was handled very professionally.
They were very responsive and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The installation itself was done with great attention to detail, and the team was efficient and skilled.
There were a couple of minor issues that needed adjustment, and they were very responsible—coming back promptly to fix everything without any hassle. That level of service really stood out.
Overall, I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again in the future!”

“Three Sisters is the best place to cure your allergies with their honey. Years ago, I was miserable due to allergy season. I looked like a swollen lobster and I don't like lobster. Anyway, a teacher from Summerdale took one look at me and recommended I go to a little shop called Three Sisters and purchase their honey. I immediately thought her class probably lost their minds and this was the result. Ha! I had never heard of this remedy before because I always took Allerest. Well, who knew Allerest would be discontinued:(. The lady at Three Sisters took one look at me , walked around the counter and handed me a jar of honey. The rest is history. Please try their honey and if it doesn't do the job, you can use it for other things. Well worth the visit.”

“This might be the neatest HomeGoods I've ever been in. I walked around the store when I first went in and I can't recall seeing a single thing out of place. It was a little strange, actually. Not what I expect from most HomeGoods locations. I primarily went there to shop for the stationery. Again, very neat section. They had a wide selection of storage boxes and document boxes. They really didn't have many notebooks, unfortunately. There were some, but it was very limited. Extremely tidy display of literature in there.”
“I went to buy dining chairs today. It's the store on Florence Expressway. I'm not sure if that Santa Clara or Cupertino.
The customer service Andrew provided, went above and beyond my expectations. All the employees were very courteous.”

“This Makers Market includes popup shops of local handcrafted and specialty products once a month in warm weather at Satana Row. This offers local small businesses and craftspeople the opportunity to sell their wares. I Gibbs unique pearl earring and an awesome fine chain necklace. It is wonderful to be able to talk with the craft person and hear their story and inspirations. I found local honey from the beekeeper. A fragrant vanilla candle, and couldn’t decide on such unique Tshirts.

“Came in to this location for the first time and I loved it. It was clean and a very friendly a lady Kay assisted me and even walked me to the aisle I needed. The store was very clean compared to other Ross stores. When I got to the register the same lady Kay was my cashier and she is so friendly and fast. Their were about 8 people in front of me when I got in line but thanks to Kay she got to me super fast. I will definitely be returning to shop at this location. Customer friendly, clean, and so much items to choose from.”
