LOFT is a great shop with lots of great clothes that many customers find hard to resist buying. The staff, including an Asian lady and a lady with curly hair, offer great service and help customers find what they need. One customer tried on a new dress and found it perfect, thanking the staff. Another found interview pants and other items, leaving happy with A‑1 service. The clothes on sale are a great deal and great quality budget finds.

Great service, came in needing a dress, a lady in curly hair approached and asked what I needed help with, I let her know what I was looking for and boom.... She walks out with the items I was looking for and I proceeded to check out other item. I left happy so thank you for the A-1 service
