“I recently had my blood drawn at the clinic, and I just had to share my experience with a fantastic phlebotomist named Tien. From the moment I arrived, her warm demeanor immediately put me at ease, which is especially important when you’re about to get a needle!
Tien's attention to detail was impressive. She took a moment to explain the whole process, step by step, which I really appreciated. It's nice to know what to expect, especially if you're feeling a bit anxious about getting blood drawn. She answered all my questions patiently, and her calm attitude really helped to ease my nerves.
The cleanliness of the area was another big plus. Tien made sure everything was sterile and organized. Watching her prepare the supplies with such care reassured me that my health was in good hands. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and that made me feel much more comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Tien was excellent, and I can confidently say that I will be returning to this location for any future blood work. Her combination of friendly service, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. If you ever need to get blood drawn, I highly recommend seeking her out!”
“UserZoom does a good job of helping you figure out what is wrong with your web, mobile or app. They have an office in San Jose and another one in San Francisco. I rely on good usability testing and UserZoom can take your list of users or for a price recruit folks that meet your customer profile. As with all things you get what you put into it. If you are just looking to validate your target market's ability to use your product you probably could do this yourself, but if you have hit a roadblock and customers can't articulate what is wrong with your product other than it sucks then UserZoom is invaluable! “Labcorp is my first choice for any bloodwork when I can choose where I am going. Ami has drawn my blood many times over the years and does a perfect job every time. I have been to other labs where they have to try multiple locations on my arms or hands to get blood but Ami gets it right the first time with no issues every time. No bruising or multiple jabs. The staff there are always professional and friendly, as well as helpful to the clients who come in. I highly recommend them.”

She processed my paper work and drew my blood flawlessly. I can tell she has lots of experience. After 2 days my test results were ready. I do recommend this Labcorp at Blossom Hill.”

“Great experience. Muy made all the difference. She was quick but not rushed. There is a difference. Great bedside manner too. Everyone in a great mood. This was my first time in about 20 I had to do the walk-in option. 25 minutes, knowing full well it could have been an hour. Risk worth taking this time.

“Been looking for a new doctor, I switched insurances, I've been with Kaiser most of my adult life, I'm 45, I should have switched years ago!! Staff is friendly, doctors actually care, don't seem to be overwhelmed, and are really caring here, it's been such a relief, to find real caring doctors, no more horrible ghetto patients, I'm beyond happy here.”
“Normally I am very anxious about blood draws and get woozy, but my phlebotomist was really nice and helpful. The whole process only took a few minutes with an appointment.
Note that they do let you lie down if you prefer for the blood draw, but you have to ask for it as the bed is in a separate room.”

“I think the staff and process at this location is very professional and considerate. The gentleman at the front does a great job of informing everyone of the risks and screening. I've been here a few times since the pandemic and unfortunately have seen others act unprofessional towards this process and this worker, anti-maskers and others that believe their rights are being impacted. Each time, the worker is professional and the security officer nearby has also helped in educating these folks. I can't give these workers enough credit, not only are they risking their lives but also having to endure all of those that don't want to follow simple rules for the sake of the community.”

“Had to get a yearly routine urine drug screen for school. I didn't have an appointment beforehand so I was a walk in. I had a barcode through school and used the check in machine in the lobby. I was in and out within 10 minutes. No wait at all. I had a very positive experience here. The staff were also super friendly. Definitely recommend!”

“We had an upper empty unit above us and the toilet broke and we had 14 leaks through our apartment, our landlord had Patriot (whom we suggested, due to her lack of communicating for someone do the work)come out, and it was Robert Davignon who came to do the work, we can not stress how professional, informative he was, not to mention he took the time to hear our situation and was so understanding, if we could give Robert more then 5 stars...we definitely would.”
