I lined up twice at the story branch for more than 30 minutes before I got my order.Seems like a long line always and stuffs aren't helpful at all..I ordered a trailer hitch and the guy who took it out expects me to drag it all the way to my van...no push cart to offer. These guys would not exchange a can of spray paint that was defective. "I have to wait until my manager comes in tomorrow." Evidently, neither of them had the authority to make decisions like that. Like a Couple of little kids.
