“I came to this O'Reilly's because it's the closest to my house, and just in case I got stranded because of my car battery issues I would be able to get a jump here. I was immediately greeted by Tyler, big warm welcoming smile and was offered assistance the moment I walked in the door. I needed to test my battery but figured it was time for a new one. I was unsure what my car needed as a battery, and Tyler was able to immediately let me know which batteries were able to fit into my vehicle. He gave me three options to choose from, and also offered of the warranty along with it. He made sure to also offer me mini accessories that I can add to my battery, and he also was able to switch out my batteries. He was able to switch out my battery in the course of 30 minutes while also helping out the rest of the customers that were inside the store very great multitasker and always greeted everyone with a great smile. Someone please give Tyler a raise he deserves it. Thank you for your help Tyler! We”

“Their customer service for an auto parts store was actually really damn good. I just needed a couple jugs of windshield washer fluid, and was driving by so I stopped in. I was immediately greeted, by the two staff members who seemed engaged with the store, they checked in with me but I already knew what I needed. I've come here in the past for stuff and have always had a positive experience (2nd closest location to my house). They have always been eager to help - I think I needed oil last time, but the one I was looking for was out. They dropped what they were doing to dig into another box to find me what I was looking for. Most OReilly locations in my experience are actually pretty decent (like the one on blossom hill) but the staff here really stands out. Other chains like the one across the street... not so much.”

“I've utilized O'Reilly Auto Parts for numerous years. I always find what I need there and at an affordable price. The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had times where I needed help with a diagnostic and they were able to run a scan for sensors/fuses right there on the spot. Returns have been easy, when necessary. It is rare I don't find what I need there. This location superseded what I needed a few nights ago when I needed a starter many people don't stock. O'Reilly had it in stock and I was able to pick it up within about 30 min. Super happy to have my car running great and for helpful service. Thank you once again!”

“Who's the moron that authorized removal of multiple phones at the hub? The phone now rings forever and ever before the employees can reach them. Honeslty I usually just hang up. I'm sure someone somewhere understands the business basic that time is money. "Other places" are able to answer their parts phone lines promptly or at least with ok-ish urgency, not saying your employees aren't trying. I know they are, but I also know that place is massive and the volume of calls for parts is extremely high. The current team there (in the hub) is the best ever..... but how many phone rings would you like me to hang on for? I have no qualms about anyone in the hub, they all do very admirably. As I said, they're the best team that place has ever had, hands down above and beyond the prior monkeys that ran and worked the place. I'm complaining at the upper management that removed the phones.I guarantee your sales tickets are less, transfers and shipping out is less, payroll is higher, productivity is lower, less communications, probably more mistakes, and on top of everything you're running your team harder.Not smart to pinch pennies on the phones.July is the best.Anthony is the best.Art is the best.Sabrina is the best.If you want them to do their job and earn you your bonuses give them all the tools they need and maybe some raises. It's 2024.”
