Target is a large store that many people prefer over other department and grocery stores. It offers a wide variety of items, so most customers can find what they need, including groceries like Bob's Red Mill egg replacer and various toiletries. The store is generally clean, organized, and well-stocked, with plenty of items available. Customers appreciate the convenient handicapped parking right at the main entrance and automatic doors, making it accessible for everyone. While prices may be slightly higher than some competitors, the store's proximity and product selection make it a popular choice. However, some items, such as men's wallets and certain health and beauty products, are not available or are locked behind shelves, which can be frustrating. The store has made efforts to improve customer service by adding more cashiers and offering self-checkout options, especially on busy days. Customer service experiences vary. Staff at the returns desk are often helpful and patient, as exemplified by an employee who explained store policies clearly. Others, particularly at the electronics counter, may sometimes be less engaged, with some customers noting a lack of attentiveness when seeking assistance. Despite this, staff at the regular checkout counters are generally helpful. Overall, Target provides a mostly positive shopping environment with friendly employees, good store organization, and ample stock. Many customers enjoy the shopping experience, especially with options like curbside pickup, which adds convenience.
I went to look for a iPhone cable for my CarPlay and Louis advised me that I was looking for something that they discontinued and gave me a wrong cord but I did not have a problem returning it 5 minutes after I purchased it and now my phone cable has not had a problem not connecting! Thank you to the customer service desk... read full comment

Clean, organized and had plenty of items in stock. Was surprised at seeing various toiletries such as deodorant and feminine care being behind locked shelves. But probably it’s a California thing. Enjoyed seeing the different products around the store.

My neighbors are complaining about the store locking up products to prevent theft. I use curbside pickup, so I had no idea this happened! I don't even have to go wait in line at the pickup counter, I can sit in my nice comfy car.
