“This should be a 5 rating because of the store's offerings, so many nice things, and it is quite affordable. Also, hubby and I were greeted as soon as we walked in. Although there was no acknowledgment while browsing, I was okay with that. This was what we had been trying to find. I think you can find whatever you need there, except for appliances and big-ticket items, of course. You won’t get bored looking around. But the cashier was the main problem here. He looked like he hated his job. The line was long and seemed nonstop. He's looking at it with a frustrated stare. There was no greeting when we reached the register, no smile, and his tone was unpleasant. I tried to engage him in conversation, but he didn't reply; he must have disliked being on the register that much. He must have needed more training. But everything else was good.”

I was panicking when I lost it. Dragana is a wonderful employee. She found a lost purse and returned to customer. She is such honest, great person. “This five star review is for Zoleikha who works in the jewelry department. She is very friendly and has great customer service. I arrived to Macys today around 11:40 am. I went to the jewelry department to do a return.
At first I saw Janet who also works in the jewelry department. I asked her if she could help me with a return. She said she was helping a customer and had one ahead of me. Janet said besides I'm the only one here today. I'm by myself. I said ok thank you I can wait. Once she left I heard her say in a low voice this will take a while. I waited until 12 and saw Janet helped the two customers she mentioned. What does she do! She left and went to a small room. Janet left me waiting.
I saw Zoleikha and asked her if she could help me. She smiled and said sure. She wasn't on the clock yet and decided to help me. The whole process took about 5 minutes. I did see a difference in treatment and customer service. Very disappointing.”

The store was very clean compared to other Ross stores. When I got to the register the same lady Kay was my cashier and she is so friendly and fast. “I love shopping at Target, especially after Halloween when they have amazing deals. I always scan the items to make sure they are really discounted. I got some stuff for 90% off! This store is not the best though. The front part is messy and crowded, but it gets better as you go further in. The weirdest thing I saw was that they had locked up the men's clothing, but not the alcohol. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone steal a shirt or a pair of socks? I wish this Target had more stuff in stock too. Sometimes I can't find what I need.”
