The staff is friendly, patient, kind, and provides super good, efficient, and wonderful customer service. They are helpful and knowledgeable, assisting with passport photos and solving problems. Service is super fast and reasonably priced. The store is locally owned and operated, with parking available in the Monterey Plaza Shopping Center.

Smooth return, and they helped me out with something they didn't have to! I feel a bit bad, but it did save me a trip to another UPS or a walk to the dollar store next door (lol), so I really appreciate they offered without me asking. Thanks guys! I went straight to review ahah.
