“This is my neighborhood UPS, conveniently located around the corner from my house. All the employees here are helpful and never make me feel bad about my infinite Amazon returns. There are a few of them that I see regularly, Huyen is one of them - she is always welcoming and greets all of her customers with a smile. Although the store can get busy at times, the wait is never too long. Will continue to come here for all shipping needs ?”

She was so kind and explained what happy return was. It was quick and easy. I had another Amazon return that required a small package. She had an extra one lying around and offered it to me for the Amazon return! She can packaged the return and taped it up for me. She provided amazing customer service. She was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. Thank you, Kathy!”

If you need live scan or anything notarized, they are the place to help you with that. Decent pricing for your pockets. Of course it is always best to prepackage your own items beforehand. When I needed something to arrive quick, I'd ask for the least expensive shipping cost.”

“Went in for fingerprinting for a new job. I have two fingers which no longer have a fingerprint due to an injury.Jennifer, who helped take my prints was so wonderful. She spent an hour trying to get the prints accepted. She was extremely patient and very friendly during the entire process.she was sympathetic and determined to get this done.she even said " i am not giving up i will keep trying." “Helpful and friendly. They explained the customer packing for Amazon very well. A lot people complain about the tape fee. If you’ve ever owned your business you’d understand the costs of purchasing tape and supplies, which aren’t free. I think it is great to see a parent able to take their child to work with them. (As long as the work environment is safe!) little ones can spend time with their folks and learn valuable lessons about work ethics from mom/dad and fellow colleagues. Also they have notary services and live scan fingerprints.even though walk ins are welcome call to make sure someone is available. Like I said I’d return here.”
