I needed a large number of signs printed for a private event, with several different sizes, materials, and specifications, and they accommodated all of my requests and questions perfectly. I was also working with a tight turnaround and ended up needing to add a few last-minute items to my order. They were incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the entire process, made sure all of the details and specifications were correct, and had everything ready when I needed it. The finished signs looked fantastic! The print quality was excellent, everything came out exactly as expected, and having such reliable and attentive service took a huge amount of stress out of preparing for our event. I would absolutely use Express Copy and More again and highly recommend them for event signage and printing!”

She also offered me a mirror before taking my photo which was very nice And thoughtful. I will definitely come back and recommend.”

“This quaint little place is so close by. Returns are so eazy and owner is super nice. Fed Ex drop off to your left when you walk in and UPS on the right. They even take your USPS packages. If you need live scan or anything notarized, they are the place to help you with that. Decent pricing for your pockets. Of course it is always best to prepackage your own items beforehand. When I needed something to arrive quick, I'd ask for the least expensive shipping cost.”

The owner genuinely goes above and beyond to help customers—they bought card stock paper when they ran out of inventory and printed certificates for me. He even waited 20 minutes for me to count and get the school certificate prints sorted & also applied school discount. Their service is fast, high-quality, and they make Amazon returns super easy to drop off.”

No questions, no complaints. With his help, I was able to make my way back home. UPS is lucky to have such an employee as Jairo P. If they helped me with this, I'm sure they can help you with any packaging/shipping need. Through this experience, I don't see how I can use any other service.”

“This is a family owned business and they really helped a good friend of mine out today! My friend had to send money via western union to a business with same day delivery as the money owed was very time sensitive. Originally they went to Walgreens where the manager who ran the western union account incorrectly entered the request. Turns out the full amount had to be refunded to my friend and a new request had to be sent. However, Walgreens DOES NOT refund more than $300 so my friend had to look elsewhere for help. Luckily Thiên Trúc was able to help! It's a small family owned business the father and son helped with the transaction and were able to turn this stressful situation around and make it right. It is difficult to trust random persons to send large sums of money for you but if I had to do this again or if I know anyone who needs this service I would refer them here. They are obviously well versed and understand how to send the money directly and efficiently. They were so kind to help even though they refunded money order (thank you, Walgreens!) cost money to this small business. I really want to encourage anyone who uses western union or finds themselves in a bind and have to use it to stop by this location. This is a trustworthy and professional business.”
