One of the biggest advantages was being able to work with someone in person rather than going back and forth through an online printing website. Having a knowledgeable team available to guide us through the process gave us so much confidence, and the final products turned out beautifully.
The turnaround time was impressively fast, and their pricing was very fair—actually better than many of the online printing quotes we received. We were thrilled with both the quality and the service. If you’re looking for custom printing, especially for something as important as wedding stationery, I highly recommend them!”
“Great customer service. I went there twice this week- one for notary and another for passport photo.
I asked that my passport photo be reprinted due to a white mark on my face in one of the two printed photos, and the associate didn’t think twice. She also offered me a mirror before taking my photo which was very nice And thoughtful. I will definitely come back and recommend.”

“I have been using this UPS for 6+ years now. I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is incredibly courteous, kind and knowledgeable.
The owner genuinely goes above and beyond to help customers—they bought card stock paper when they ran out of inventory and printed certificates for me. He even waited 20 minutes for me to count and get the school certificate prints sorted & also applied school discount.
Their service is fast, high-quality, and they make Amazon returns super easy to drop off.”

“Was walking around Communication Hill, when my phone ran out of battery. With a broken bag and little hope, I went store to store until I entered UPS of all places. Jairo was there, and helped me. No questions, no complaints. With his help, I was able to make my way back home.
UPS is lucky to have such an employee as Jairo P. If they helped me with this, I'm sure they can help you with any packaging/shipping need. Through this experience, I don't see how I can use any other service.”

“This quaint little place is so close by. Returns are so eazy and owner is super nice. Fed Ex drop off to your left when you walk in and UPS on the right. They even take your USPS packages. If you need live scan or anything notarized, they are the place to help you with that. Decent pricing for your pockets. Of course it is always best to prepackage your own items beforehand. When I needed something to arrive quick, I'd ask for the least expensive shipping cost.”

“Great place—they literally do everything. You can handle FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and USPS drop-offs all in one spot, plus mailbox services, notary, passport photos, shredding, office supplies, and shipping supplies.
