I had an excellent experience with Paula yesterday afternoon. She was courteous and attentive. She actually solved the problem on my phone that both online customer service and technical support could not. Paula needs a solid recognition from Verizon!

It was the first time coming to this store & will definitely not go back! We added ourselves to the waitlist as we just had a few questions. It took a long time for them to help us. I felt like they ignored, got skipped for a while as they had people coming in after us & got helped first.
