I came here and planned to open an account but I met a banker named “Thuy Le”, she kind of disrespected me and her tone of voice very disappointed. I need help but she keeps tell us to go online to do by myself and did not help. The customer service extremely bad. Disappointed at Well Fargo Bank. Never go back.
