They are always helpful and a phone call away vs my experience at credit unions where I cant ever get a real person. There fraud department is great too people at this branch will go to bat for you and do the heavy lifting. Aldo, Brianna, Jabron and Marcos are as good as it gets.”

The building is clean and beautiful inside, the tellers are fast and courteous, and one of them (Rosa) walked me through a complex transaction on my Chase app, and helped with every step along the way.

“Had to do 2 transactions today with an elderly friend who was extremely confused and struggling to understand any of the transactions. Thank you Citi Bank for Maryam M. !! She was sooo sweet, kept calm through frustration of having to repeat herself a hundred times ?♀️ and was so gentle about it. In fact she overly went above and beyond to do even more help then she needed to do or should’ve. She was a godsend!! Thank you for people like this who make life a little easier for people having it harder. Please recognize her and her valuable actions. She is an asset!”
