My AT&T adventure. I came here because of the Hayward store lack of customer service. And I wasn't disappointed here I was helped by Robyn the store manager she was very courteous and knowledgeable! Robyn made the process very easy getting my phone number ported over to AT&T. Customer service is a thing at this location.

I walked into the store browsing around , hoping to find a new phone along with service. An employee named Chris immediately helped me and gave me all the information I need about the plan I should get . I happily walked out with a new iPhone and new service with AT&T , thank you so much Chris! My new favorite AT&T store.

Please if you want excellent customer service go to At&t at Bayfair Mall. Ms. Vee and Ms. Harmony were very informative about the products and services of At&t.
