I Was told to expect 3-5 days for receiving the new part and they called me on day 3 with the part.As I left my phone for repair, I was told it would be finished in 2 hours. I returned in 2 hours and the phone was perfect. They were also pleasant to interact with. I recommend Telexpress!”

“I've been here many times since my phone service is with AT&T. Always super thankful for the attentive customer service here. Two occasions that have stood out to me:1. Last year, when my phone for some reason failed to respond to cellular data, I rushed coming here, and Isabella saved my phone and gave me a new SIM card for free in 5 minutes!2. Most recently, I was upgrading to my new phone, and Jose helped me make sure that I switched to eSim on my new phone properly, and helped me proper dispose of my old sim card. He was very patient and kind!AMAZING customer service here in Downtown San Leandro!”

“I came here after a disappointing experience with the t mobile location in Bayfair Mall. Since this location has one of the lowest Google ratings, I wasn't expecting a lot. Oh my, I was so wrong.When I arrived, the store was busy, but they were very nice and asked me to wait patiently until they were done serving the existing customers. I waited for around 10 minutes for them to approach and help me.They were very professional and helpful. I asked a ton of questions about a plan I'm planning to upgrade to, and they answered them with great information. They went past their closing time to help me upgrade my plan.It was an amazing experience and they deserved a better rating on Google.”

“The girl there who sold me 2 phones i believe her name was jelina was so understanding and helped me stay within a spending budget i had for early christmas shopping for my kids. She's super nice and customer service was just great i've never been to a metro store where i got treated like i was the only one there she prioritized and made sure i was okay with spending a certain amount of money for phones and i was even able to get bundle deals on protective gear for my devices since i was getting new numbers and she saved me from spending a whole bunch of money. Now I always go to this store even though it is a bit out of my way because they have fixed issues that a franchise store could not fix. “This is a Walmart in the East Bay, apparently from the reviews I read before going it's had some hard times like many destinations so when I went, I didn't expect too much. The store was neat full of merchandise. The staff were courteous, and the clientele was courteous and polite. The bonus was we had went late because we were traveling from a bit away, and we saw McDonald's which actually cheered us up. In addition to everything else we were grabbing. It had almost everything we Needed Tons more options and we could imagine. We were able to get all the holiday decor on top of a brand, new crockpot and a lovely T-shirt for an upcoming holiday party. We really enjoyed it. We kind of remarked how nice it was and how we would go here again. Apparently it went through rough patch, but this place is back and it's well stocked so much merchandise. it is hard to find everything, but well worth the effort , plan a lot of time really because there is literally so much stuff and it has stuff that's hard to find, and rarely seen, but very special for a unique present or a gift for oneself. The affordability of this place is very good.”
