Last year, when my phone for some reason failed to respond to cellular data, I rushed coming here, and Isabella saved my phone and gave me a new SIM card for free in 5 minutes!2. Most recently, I was upgrading to my new phone, and Jose helped me make sure that I switched to eSim on my new phone properly, and helped me proper dispose of my old sim card. He was very patient and kind!AMAZING customer service here in Downtown San Leandro!”
