“I had been with the credit union for six years when I had been injured and could not work for a few years. I had been busy recuperating and was unable to make payments to my credit card. When I was finally able to return to work I went into the branch and explained that I wanted to pay my loan back even though it had gone to collections. I paid them back the entire loan. I found out later that they had contacted the credit reporting and had my loan changed to “in good standing”. I was not expecting that and was extremely greatful. The staff have always been very friendly and courteous whenever I visited the branch. Their customer service and services are top notch.”
“Alejandra the branch manager is amazing. She helped me to keep my daughter entertained while I was handling some business there at the bank. Even though it was incredibly busy she took the time to assist me in a helpful manner. I highly recommend this bank.”
“San Leandro Farnsworth is by far my favorite bank to go to where they treat you very well. They are very friendly. I can’t say I’ve had the same experience with other branches as they are often rude or extremely rude to the point where I’ve thought twice about removing my money and closing my account. But this bank is more pleasant to the point where I had changed my mind. If I ever needed to go into a branch for whatever reason, I would definitely just make time to go here.”

“Let me start off with this.... my boyfriend & I originally made an appointment with Rosie at the E14th location but before we walked into the bank the doors were locked. I was like something happened cuz there's hella police! So I called & was advised to go to the Bayfair location. We found out from a customer that was inside the bank that they had been robbed! Thank God we didn't come early! So now this review is for the Bayfair location. The bank was packed! I'm guessing it was crowded because every customer was being diverted to this location. I'm glad we were too otherwise we wouldn't of had the best customer service in banking history. Myisha LITERALLY took her time with my boyfriend, his brother and I. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours! We had such a complicated transaction due to the circumstances. I'm not going to go in detail but do know that Myisha had great customer service, compassion, funny and sympathetic all rolled into one. I can't stress this enough how she took her time with us! We all walked out SATISFIED! And at the end of the day she told us where to eat! Thank you Myisha! You're the best!”

“Originally went in to cash checks from a client. A. Ortiz helped me look at other options that did involve bank fees. I ended up getting a checking account and will use direct deposit to eventually earn $450. Also the funds were available the next day and two days later I have my new ATM card. I really appreciate the customer service I got and saw being given to other customers inside. This was around 2 pm on a Wednesday.”
“I joined Chase when I moved here from across the bridge 16 plus years ago and have been with them ever since. I have never had a problem with them. Their app is very useful and it covers your chase bank accts, investment account and charge cards. They offer a lot if decent tools to help you budget, keep ur investments diversified and loads more. The best thing is I haven't paid a bounced check fee in probably 15 years. They msg u and tell uou how much you are overdrawn and tell you to make a deposit. And they give you time to read their message, do what you need to do and still get to the bank in time to avoid a fee!! Ive soent a lot of money on these fees and its probably one of the main reasons I will always be loyal. 24 hour support is available but I normally try to call during regular bank hours cause the calls seem to stay in the US, I can only guess where they might go at 1am. We've all been there!!!! Lol. Thank you Chase for your great customer care!!!”

“I want to take back my earlier review of this Wells Fargo branch. That first one was on me. I hadn’t been inside a branch in years since I usually just use the ATM, so I didn’t realize you now need an appointment for certain things. Once I figured that out, I booked one—and I’m glad I did.
I met with Tiffany today, and she was fantastic. Super professional, really knowledgeable, and just easy to talk to. She helped me set up an account, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions about different Wells Fargo products. I walked out feeling taken care of and grateful for the help. “Been with Bank of America for over 20 years now. Been visiting this branch for over 10 years. They have been exceptionally good to me. Customer service is always friendly and prompt. Although the wait time during busy hours can be very VERY Long. But this is to be expected and you can't blame them for this since everyone wants to do their banking at the time same. TIP: try to bank off hours. Also, I wanted to take photos of the bank from the inside. But when asked, they did NOT give me permission. However, they said I could take photos from the outside. The ATM Machines are easily accessible, but that makes me a little unsafe from using them at night. None the less, I enjoy banking here!”
