“This bank is no nonsense. I went there on Saturday for some clerical work without any appointment. The lady in charge was very professional with a smile. I have my case done in no time. Her dedication to the customer is a plus. The teller inside are very professional and well manner and always eager to help. The Bank is tidy and neat. The Bank is not crowded and I have my needs done less then 20 minutes. I give a 5 stars because of their profession ism and customer care. Thank You Fremont Bank.”

“I had been with the credit union for six years when I had been injured and could not work for a few years. I had been busy recuperating and was unable to make payments to my credit card. When I was finally able to return to work I went into the branch and explained that I wanted to pay my loan back even though it had gone to collections. I paid them back the entire loan. I found out later that they had contacted the credit reporting and had my loan changed to “in good standing”. I was not expecting that and was extremely greatful. The staff have always been very friendly and courteous whenever I visited the branch. Their customer service and services are top notch.”

“Today we visited my grandma's bank. But with the crisis going on we had to pre-schedule an appointment in advance to visit. Our usual branch in Hayward was closed therefore we were at the San Leandro location today. Of course they are doing a good job of observing social distancing with designated signs on the floor for people to stand. The employees inside were also wearing masks. The security guard also respected that we had an appointment and let us in no problem. Most two people at a time inside. I felt safe visiting the business.”
“As I was standing in line on a busy Saturday, I was approached by Angel and asked if I needed to make a deposit. I told her I needed a direct deposit form and a temporary debit card. She immediately took me out of the line and brought me to Bertha's office. Luckily, the 12pm appointment did not show and was able to help me. I had a few questions regarding my accounts and Bertha answered with great explanation. I was surprised with the customer service that I recieved today and wanted to give a shout out to these lovely ladies!”

Mostly for convenience since it's so close to home and I can stop by quickly during a Safeway run. I typically just use the ATMs outside but sometimes I have also used their ATM inside when I've needed to withdraw/deposit a large amount. Most recently I wanted to apply for a new credit card and Vaibhav was so helpful. He explained the pros and cons of each option and made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly (and I had a lot about how it would affect my credit, which would be better in the long run, etc). He even was flexible when I needed to schedule a last minute appointment the next day. Grateful for the accommodation!”

I was like something happened cuz there's hella police! So I called & was advised to go to the Bayfair location. We found out from a customer that was inside the bank that they had been robbed! Thank God we didn't come early! So now this review is for the Bayfair location. The bank was packed! I'm guessing it was crowded because every customer was being diverted to this location. I'm glad we were too otherwise we wouldn't of had the best customer service in banking history. Myisha LITERALLY took her time with my boyfriend, his brother and I. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours! We had such a complicated transaction due to the circumstances. I'm not going to go in detail but do know that Myisha had great customer service, compassion, funny and sympathetic all rolled into one. I can't stress this enough how she took her time with us! We all walked out SATISFIED! And at the end of the day she told us where to eat! Thank you Myisha! You're the best!”

“I've been coming to this bank for a couple years now and never had a problem. Sometimes there is a line for the ATM but it moves fairly quickly since there are 4 machines available for use. There is also a security guard on watch next to the ATM so I like the added sense of safety. The line to see the teller takes longer because there are only 2 windows open, but I understand the need to socially distance and keep everyone safe. The tellers are helpful and patient with my questions.”

“Been with Bank of America for over 20 years now. Been visiting this branch for over 10 years. They have been exceptionally good to me. Customer service is always friendly and prompt. Although the wait time during busy hours can be very VERY Long. But this is to be expected and you can't blame them for this since everyone wants to do their banking at the time same. TIP: try to bank off hours. Also, I wanted to take photos of the bank from the inside. But when asked, they did NOT give me permission. However, they said I could take photos from the outside. The ATM Machines are easily accessible, but that makes me a little unsafe from using them at night. None the less, I enjoy banking here!”
