Doral's Auto Repair, a family-operated shop serving San Leandro since 1969, has consistently provided excellent service and a smooth repair experience for its customers. Their highly certified technicians are known for producing detailed reports on any issues found in vehicles, and they offer convenient amenities like Uber rides and a comfortable waiting area with refreshments. While customers praise the shop's great customer service, quick turnaround on basic services like oil changes, and willingness to go the extra mile (such as a free sunroof recalibration), some have expressed concerns about the high pricing for more complex repairs. Some customers have reported being quoted significantly higher prices compared to other auto shops, especially for services like brake replacements. Overall, Doral's Auto Repair is appreciated by many for its reliable, certified technicians and pleasant customer experience, but those on a tighter budget may want to shop around for more affordable options for major repairs.
