“I stopped by the Xfinity store on Hesperian Boulevard in San Leandro because our promotional pricing had expired and our bill had jumped significantly. We had a great experience at this location the last time we needed help, so we decided to come back—and once again, they delivered.

Maria was absolutely fantastic. At first, it looked like there weren't any promotions available that would meet our family's needs, and I was even getting ready to call the 800 customer service number. While I was in the store trying to make that call, Maria asked me to come back to her station because she wanted to keep looking. I'm glad she did.

She really took the time to do a deep dive into all the available options and ended up finding a much better solution than I expected. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even introduced me to some streaming bundle options through Xfinity that I didn't know existed. With so many streaming services these days, it was interesting to learn there may actually be a way to simplify some of those costs.

Maria was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed invested in helping us find the best value—not just making a sale. She got us set up with a new plan and new equipment, and the entire process was quick and easy. When I got home, the setup went exactly as she said it would and everything was up and running in no time.
