“My original 2015 Camry SE hybrid battery lasted 145K so kudos to Toyota's reliability and quality. My car was driveable on gas power for a few days, but I could feel the engine was working overtime without the hybrid battery's help.I took it in to Toyota's service and they quoted me just shy of $5K for an OEM battery. I found Greentec online and the reviews were good so I decided to give them a shot. The car was serviced today by KC (great guy, efficient, knows what he's doing) and I was in and out in 1.5 hours. I can already tell the difference with having a new battery. Plus, a new one (not refurbished, though it's available for a cheaper price) cost 45% less than the dealer's quote so I'm pretty happy. I'll recommend this shop to friends and family should they ever need a hybrid replacement.”

“Haven't been here enough times to offer a fully qualified review, but I've always had a fairly good experience the few times I have visited this particular O'Reilly location. As a general rule, I find the staff to be helpful -- they are not always perfect, but O'Reilly does seem to hire people who know the difference between the water pump and the alternator on a car. And they seem to train them. And this O'Reilly location meets that expectation.”

“This is my favorite location with the most helpful staff. This place has saved meboth in time and money. If you have ever driven around to 3 different stores you know what I'm talking about.... Not only can you find exactly what your looking for, I think the quality levels are much better than the Auto Zone in my opinion. Located right off Jackson, at the Foothill Blvd interchange so if your heading out of town, you can easily pop in here then get back on the road without missing a beat.I came into buy some jumper cables the other day they had some for around $28.00 before taxes which looked like a pretty good deal to me. Sometimes you just can't wait two days for Amazon and if your in need of cables you mostly need them right away.The other auto parts store the Zone, only had one or two jumper cables in stock which my wallet said to me they got to be kidding.... $130.00 for jumper cables?That's just plain outrageous! Who can afford that? Not me.So once again, O'Reilly's saved my bacon, I should have came her first. I didn't catch the managers name but she was very helpful.”

Although, I had to visit twice within two hours, even though I asked on the phone before going to the store, as one of the staff forgot to order a part. Parts almost double the price compared to online, about 20-40% more compared to other local retailers. Fast register service. So a mixed experience on service, but they are trying. Good inventory, pricing compromised.”

“The the hiring manager events don't want to hire nobody but Mexicans and only men he takes 8 Hour breaks he's never at the job I try to get a job he told the African-American manager no females I do believe the store manager is Barbara for the whole County she needs to be made available to talk to somebody about Vince unsafe hiring practices. He fired a female for having menstrual cramps. I am a man and don't understand why this mexican man will not hire nothing but mexican or Hispanic men. I needed a job but now I need a lawsuit. For unfair employment act. I have months and months going to purchase a car part and even help people put parts on their cars for nothing. Vince is the problem. Not the AFRICAN American man who says yheirs 2 positions one for a frmale and the other for a male”
