“My 1998 4Runner rear lift gate was stuck and the latch could not operate. Jose examined and after a few hard pushes the latch worked. He even showed me where the problem is due to the loosen rubber seal and put it back. Guess what is the cost to fix this… a big friendly handshake.

“Fix Auto in Castro Valley, CA was great to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We needed a fender repaired and they did an excellent job. It had to be painted and the paint matched perfectly. They finished the job on time and kept us informed throughout the process. The car was beautiful inside and out when we picked it up. My husband was very happy and so was I. I can recommend them whole heartedly. Hopefully we won't need them again too soon, but when we do they are definitely our go to place.”

Took it to this place and the guy Adam went to bat behind me against the insurance company and got us all new oem parts. As well pulling some string and getting the oem parts fast. Plus threw in a bunch of extra touch ups for no additional charge. Can honestly say my car was returned looking and feeling better then before it was stolen. Never once asked for anything in return. “I needed my vehicle repaired quickly because I use it to commute to and from work. Repairs needed were bumper, side panel, and door repair.
Jerry was very nice to me. He explained things clearly, gave good estimates, and fixed my vehicle within the time frame he said they would. He worked with me and assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of.
When I picked my car up, it looked like new! While driving home from the shop, I thought my front camera was not working and needed to be calibrated. They responded quickly and was willing to take the car back to fix the issue. Fortunately, I was mistaken, there was no issue.
The entire time they were quick to respond to my calls and emails. The receptionist was great each time we spoke. Very kind, very thorough, honest, and efficient people.
I recommend this shop for your auto repair needs 100%!

“I had damaged my car the day before and my car is my pride and joy so I was very upset and I called first thing in the morning and they told me to come in right away and the very next day they gave me a detailed estimate and they worked with my insurance company and all in all the experience was great The repair is scheduled for this coming week so I'll let you know later how that goes. Every single person there was very nice and cooperative except for one man in the gated area if you're facing the place it's to the left He's quite rude and told me to move my car immediately and I still like his attitude I thought it sucked”
