“Tri and Gus really helped us out and did an outstanding job! We unfortunately had multiple car issues over a short period of time. 1st was our new Hyundai Santa Fe. Our almost new car was hit in a Home Depot parking lot. Tri and Gus fixed her back up to look like new again! 2nd was a Volvo sedan we were selling for an elderly relative who had banged it up backing out of a gas station. Not only did the car have a big dent, but it also had bent part of the door frame. Gus fixed her up like new and we were able to sell the car quickly for him! 3rd was my baby... a convertible Mercedes. My car lost its driver side mirror while parked on the street in Montclair Village. Tri and Gus tracked down a used mirror, refinished it in the original color, and fit it back onto the car. This entailed complicated electronic pairing to get the mirror to work properly. They saved me tons of money not needing to buy a new part from Mercedes, and it looks and works great! I highly recommend this business! Excellent!!”

He asked me to text photos of the work I needed done before I drove or towed my car to his shop. He responded quickly, gave me a quote before coming in and my luck of the draw was able to fix my car that same day I called! He did not try to add on any additional things I did not need or ask for and the price was beyond fair. Sadly for my pocket book I have another car I will be bringing to him and I would highly recommend him for any of your collision repair needs. “My experience with Fix Auto Alameda has been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. They have a modern spacious new facility located on Clement Street that is very well equipped and staffed. Ricky was my contact person, who is very professional , organized, friendly, an absolute pleasure to work with. He did the estimate for my honda fit which sustained damage due to collision with a Rav4 on the Nimitz. Damage was to my front bumper, hood, and internal framing and components, which was knocked out of alignment. They were very busy when i took my car in, but within a very reasonable time, Ricky had emailed back to me a detailed estimate item by item breakdown on parts, and labor that needed to be done. During the repair process, Ricky kept me well informed by text every couple days on the progress of the repair. Any delays due to parts availability or additonal damage found he relayed to me by text. I received my vehicle back yesterday as promised, and it looks as beautiful as the day i bought it back in 2016. Their work is absolutely first rate, the panel alignment especially around the hood and side panel is as straight as an arrow. One added advantage of their current location, is that they are located within two blocks of "Enterprise Rental Car" located on Blanding Ave. which makes it super convenient to pickup and dropoff my rental. I highly recommend this auto body shop, wish more establishments were run this well.”

“My car got hit by Chevrolet Silverado on the driver side :( When I called my insurance to file a claim, they were able to give me a website that located the auto body shop that works well with them. If you have National General Insurance / Encompass / Allstate, this place definitely knows what they're doing!Before I found this location, I did call the first one near me and unfortunately that location didn't accept new clients until 2 weeks out... When I called this location, they immediately told me I can come in next day for an inspection & evaluation. I was really happy that they were able to do what they need to next day. My car was still somewhat drivable, so I didn't have to leave it at their location, but if your car is completely unsafe and not drivable, it's best to call them ahead of time if they have space to leave your car there.When I got to this location, the friendliest front desk gentleman helped me out, his name was Tian. He was super helpful and knowledgeable! He truly pays attention to details when it comes to the inspection of your damaged car. He helped me order all the parts that my car needed, and it came within 3 business days!Once the parts arrived, I was able to drop off my vehicle next morning. Tian and another gentleman, Marcus, helped me out during the drop off process; it was smooth and easy! They were kind enough to order me a Lyft back home, since I had no ride. One thing I love about this place is that, they send you a website to see the status of car being repaired! Never in my life I would experience an auto body shop using a system like this. This team is VERY responsive through e-mail communication; if I ever had any questions, they would answer in a reasonable amount of time. I love how this team truly cares about their customers and are passionate about what they do. That's the true value of an auto body shop. The feeling that you're part of their family and your vehicle are in good hands! I would totally highly come back to this location for any future repairs (hopefully not car accident ones). Kevin (the owner) truly built an amazing team full of hardworking people, and you'll definitely get your moneys worth!”

“Fantastically smooth experience. An accident ruined my family ski trip. Mike made my car whole again within two weeks. Mike is Very professional, courteous and responsive. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn’t. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn’t have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there’s some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability. He was so kind that he also gave me a ride home. The small problems were taken care of within two days. Mike even repainted a small section in the trunk that didn’t look perfect. Big thanks!
