“10 STARS! If you're looking for something more than just a business that will deal with you, but more like a family or friend that takes care of you and will hook you up specially treating you like it's personal, this place is what you want! I had a minor incident that left considerable scratches, markings, and a small dent or two on my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander (not white). I dropped by just to get an estimate, and even though I didn't make an appointment, Elias was cool & considerate enough to still take me and checked it out. Where one collision repair shop in Fruitvale estimated $1800 (to take the whole panel off and work it), and another in Hayward estimated over $500, Elias hooked me up with the MOST unbelievable subtracting discount! I think & imagine I would only see something reserved to be offered in that degree given to a business owners' personal family or friends! To add to the exceptional, he and his guy offered to take care of me right there and then even though it was the late in the day (and it's not like I didn't see other cars being worked on too). I waited with him in his office, and we were just shooting the breeze. Elias is just the coolest, chillest, most laid back, most personable guy. A guy that's eager to do you a favor, do what he can for you; completely why you can see how I described him/them as an establishment/person that will treat & take care of you like a family or friend. And if you are big dog lover like I am, there's a bonus with his office/business, and I loved hanging out with him and his dog (I think his name was Jake). That dog is just a big teddy bear that just wants your attention and to play with you. In the end, for what he offered to do it for and considering it was just what they were able to fit in late in the day, I would say it got back to 98% there (so much so I even offered to give more $, which he wouldn't take [would only accept this review and pets to the dog]). To the extent that when I very apprehensively/fearfully showed it to my very scrutinizing-type wife, she accepted it and even took to it without having me take it back and get any more work done (to complete it by the last 2 percent; get it to the full 100%)! This goes to show that this place is as surprisingly impressive and proficient as I was surprised by my very scrutinizing wife's acceptance & approval. Couple notes about this place -- try not to park in the back, they do work there with cars coming in & out (it's not just for temporarily placing cars like I thought haha); just park in front of the garage opening (he prefers it right outside his office to see what has to be done). Also, as mentioned before, it's best to make an appointment even for an estimate. Elias (and Jake[?]) and his guy (I really wish I got his name; because I highly doubt I would've gotten such an awesome outcome if he wasn't willing as well) are the best! I can't imagine finding a cooler, most considerate guy in this. He/They did it with such quality work (look at my other estimates & what it would take) where I'm off the hook with my rather scrutinizing wife, and he/they did me the hugest favor with what he/they offered to do it for (that I imagine like only reserved for family or friends), I'm sure he'd treat & do the same for you or anybody.”

“This was the 4th place I called. I needed my front bumper and fender replaced. The service I received was 10/10 and beyond. The rate and my total was $1000 less than any other place I called. I highly recommend. Also I was able to pick it up same day. Also love that they wash the car as well. Super pleased customer.”

“Great professional service from start to finish. The team was authentic, honest, and genuinely trustworthy throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that they did not charge me for a service that BMW had quoted me $300 for 😊 — that says a lot about their honesty and integrity. They also shared helpful tips to save me money, which is very unusual to find at most body shops. The staff is extremely professional, responsive, and completed the repair on time. Highly recommend ASM Auto Body & Repair for quality work, fair pricing, and truly trustworthy service!”

“I initially was going to a wheel & tire right down the street from these guys. Got there and they were closed at 3:30 on a Friday. Stopped by East Bayz and drove out with a new set off 20 inch wheels and tires for an unbelievable price. Had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Great customer service and will definitely go back again.”

“First and foremost, let me tell you that this body shop is one of the best body shops in the Bay Area, bar none. I came to these guys from the recommendation of a good friend. Someone had dinged my car in the parking garage and it was looking like a tough job. Nikita, Amir, and the entire Palladium staff not only took on the challenge of fixing my car with the original parts but also went above and beyond in helping me deal with the insurance people who were not being super helpful. These folks are a class act and I can’t be happier with the results, so much so when I had a few friends who were mechanics look at the work that was done they were blown away by how much work they had put in. When I told them the price they immediately wanted to know who these guys were that pulled it off. I plan on bringing the car back to these guys to get some other projects done and to fix a few lingering issues in the upcoming year. Thank you Nikita, Amir, and all the Palladium staff! These folks are a world class act and I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this body shop! Eddy did a fantastic job repairing my mom’s car, and the quality of their work was truly impressive. Everyone was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible. What really stood out was that they even delivered my mom’s car right to her house. That extra level of care and customer service meant so much to us. We are extremely grateful for their excellent work and kindness. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for honest, professional, and outstanding service. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom and her car!”

“Thank you so much Cristian! Accurate’s price was over $2,000 less than quotes I got from other highly-rated shops in SF. Fixed my car beautifully at a reasonable price and even left it completely detailed and cleaned within a week. Cristian was great to work with and explained everything he would be doing to the car very simply. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturdays. Bring your car here you will not regret it 🙌”

“I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision for a follow-up inspection on repairs that were completed about 4 years ago, and I was very impressed with their customer service. The team thoroughly checked the vehicle, explained everything clearly, and completed the troubleshooting at no extra charge. It’s great to see a company that still stands behind their work years later. Professional, honest, and very helpful — I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend Caliber Collision.”

“Brought my car in after an accident. Dropped it off during a work day. Lucus was very helpful and responsive. He walked me through the fixes and gave me an estimate. He even drove me back to work. After a few weeks my car was ready to go with a full detail too. Excellent service! Will be back if future repairs are needed.”

“I found Best Auto Repair through a friend's recommendation, and I'm really glad I brought my car here! For anyone coming here for the first time, the shop is located at the very end of a row of shops, so it can be a little tricky to find at first. I brought my 2019 Subaru BRZ here to install a Varis front bumper kit, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. With aftermarket parts, fitment can always be a concern, but they took their time with all the small details and got everything fitted really well. The paint work also came out exactly how I wanted it, and the overall finish looks great on the car. Communication was smooth throughout the whole process. They kept me updated on the progress and even sent me pictures along the way, which I really appreciated. I'm very happy with the final result and will definitely be coming back for more mods in the future. After seeing the quality of their work on my BRZ, I feel confident bringing them more aftermarket parts and trusting them to get everything fitted and finished properly. Big thanks to the team at Best Auto Repair for taking care of my car and doing such a great job!”

“I had an amazing experience with LB Collisions, from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my vehicle, I was beyond impressed—it looked absolutely amazing, like nothing had ever happened to it! The quality of their work and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations! You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and high-quality auto body work. Thank you so much to the entire team for taking such great care of my vehicle!!”

“My car had normal wear and tear on the roof (paint peeling in photos). I went to several places in Hayward and San Leandro to get estimates and other places made me feel like they were trying to milk me for every dollar. Except for Daniel at Performance Paint & Towing, Daniel was honest and reasonable with what needed to be done. I dropped my car off and 3 days later I got it back as if there was nothing ever there! Pros: Great customer service Instant and reasonable estimate Fast and quality work Highly recommend Cons: Does not accept credit cards”

“I took my car brand new car to Pasiano at Bay One Collision with some bumper damage. He informed me of damage that wasn’t obvious. I needed a new bumper, which wasn’t available from the dealer at the time it estimate. The job’s value was a couple thousand over my deductible. Pasiano helped walk me through my options and frequently provided updates on the auto part we had to wait on. He was honest and transparent about the repair process, wait time, and costs. I decided to pay it directly. I received 10x the customer service from Pasiano than my own insurance company. It’s frustrating dealing with the disruption it has on your daily life. Crappy service makes it worse, conversely, great service makes things better and releases the anxiety. Pasiano and Bay One relieved my anxiety and frustration during the repair process. I didn’t know Pasiano would be my therapist! ?Thanks Pasiano! You and your body shop were great, most reasonable, and will/would return in the event of a future incident. Thanks for dropping the car off at my house! I didn’t expect that and didn’t require it either but it’s nice to know the level of care you provide at every step of the way! I highly recommend these guys!”

“After getting quoted at multiple shops, I got the most reasonable quote here for some very minor cosmetic damage. Quickly set up a day to drop the car off and they got straight to it. They got it done in just a few days and it came out perfect and looking brand new. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone!”

He is definitely the person I will go to from here on out thank you again for your great business and kindness. Very honest with the work he does”
