“Tri and Gus really helped us out and did an outstanding job! We unfortunately had multiple car issues over a short period of time. 1st was our new Hyundai Santa Fe. Our almost new car was hit in a Home Depot parking lot. Tri and Gus fixed her back up to look like new again! 2nd was a Volvo sedan we were selling for an elderly relative who had banged it up backing out of a gas station. Not only did the car have a big dent, but it also had bent part of the door frame. Gus fixed her up like new and we were able to sell the car quickly for him! 3rd was my baby... a convertible Mercedes. My car lost its driver side mirror while parked on the street in Montclair Village. Tri and Gus tracked down a used mirror, refinished it in the original color, and fit it back onto the car. This entailed complicated electronic pairing to get the mirror to work properly. They saved me tons of money not needing to buy a new part from Mercedes, and it looks and works great! I highly recommend this business! Excellent!!”

Initially the car was going to take longer than a week to get repaired but Victor was able to expedite it and it was finished the same week I dropped my car off. I really appreciated it since I was having trouble getting a rental car from the insurance provider. “Fantastically smooth experience. An accident ruined my family ski trip. Mike made my car whole again within two weeks. Mike is Very professional, courteous and responsive. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn’t. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn’t have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there’s some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability. He was so kind that he also gave me a ride home. The small problems were taken care of within two days. Mike even repainted a small section in the trunk that didn’t look perfect. Big thanks! I went to several places in Hayward and San Leandro to get estimates and other places made me feel like they were trying to milk me for every dollar. Except for Daniel at Performance Paint & Towing, Daniel was honest and reasonable with what needed to be done. I dropped my car off and 3 days later I got it back as if there was nothing ever there! “I have to say, this is the best auto shop and experience I have ever had with any car I've owned. My daughter had an accident in my car and took out the entire left side. She suggested this shop for repairs as they had done work on her car and she loved it. It took two weeks (which I expected) and when I picked up my car, it looked BRAND NEW again. Pasiano showed me all that was done and even went above and beyond to ensure it was all done right! It is great to come across an establishment that treats you as an individual and takes pride in the work that they do. Anything I have car related or anyone I come across looking for recommendations will be sent here as long as they are open. Being a woman, shops tend to try and take advantage of you. Not this place, everything was explained and not once did I feel my business wasn't appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised with how my repair turned out because in the past I have damaged my front bumper and grill and took it to some place in concord, CA and they did a poor job attaching the new bumper back on. Fast forward a couple years later I collide with another vehicle and had it fixed at Palladium and it was like I never even damaged my car, like ever! Thank you so much Palladium! Im going to refer my family and friends to you guys from now on. Also avoid General insurance at all cost, they work like snails. I filed a claim in July and barely getting it resolved before the new year.”

“The first time I went to AutoCraft was to have the tail lights on my Ford Escape replaced. Safi took a quick look,quoted a price and said he could have the parts in a day. I had already looked up pricing, and his cost was below what it would have cost me for parts alone. Next day he called and had the parts. Awesome service and a super nice person. The second time was to have my rear bumper fixed after being hit. Bingo, quote in hand, parts on order and now it's fixed. I would give him six stars if I could.”
