My past due balance is significantly lower that what I have paid due to the poor decisions of a single employee at the SLO location. Please do not allow my service to be cut off. This is the only request I would have of my cell service provider Verizon. If you are serious and the response wasn't just "lip service" I would be a forever customer bragging on the level of service that was extended to me. Thank you very much!
