After two horrible experiences with Lowe's and with Serwall where it took one month for a refund for substandard furniture, I found Skylar. I called to inquire about the Polywood furniture and actually got a live person - John Odell- who worked with me to get the set I wanted and for a great price. He was able to provide a good discount and put together a table from one set and chairs to another that I wanted. No other retailer offered that. He was such a professional and a pleasure to deal with. He stayed in touch with me via email until the set arrived. If I had a question, he answered my email immediately. Who does that today? I received tracking and everything he told me was 100% true. I love my set it is on my patio right now and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a higher end Polywood set to reach out to the Sales dept and work with John Odell.
