“Ryan Johnson greeted us when we entered Mattress Firm, Vista. He was very friendly and asked what we were seeking in a new mattress. Ryan proceeded to show us several options and explained in detail the attributes of brands he felt might meet our requirements. We tested various models and manufacturers, with Ryan explaining and demonstrating the different aspects of each mattress without our feeling rushed or pressured to purchase. We ultimately selected a Tempur-Pedic eastern king including base and other items, largely due to the time and relevant information Ryan provided. He deserves top kudos for enthusiasm, knowledge, and ease of conversation. If you're looking to buy a new mattress, Ryan's your man.”
