“I was absolutely amazed at the time that Cole took with me to listen to all my various issues and I don’t know the name of the nurse who attended me, but she was excellent as well. I can’t rave enough about this place.”

“Quick and easy, simple to find, easy check-in and lab tech so good, I didn't even get a bruise and, six days later, can't even see where the sample was taken.”

“Excellent services from both technicians at the San Marcos Quest clinic. I never have to wait, both technicians are so gentle! and calming, and the check in is a breeze with the texting option. I am always willing to wait to go to this clinic. They are a blessing to my life and my family's life, as my neurodivergent son (13 years old) and I used the have anxiety with blood draws and no longer do.”

“Waited an hour and 30 minutes. I expected more than 2 hours as I was walk-in but luckily not. I came from 3 different locations that were already closed but maps showing open. Be aware of these locations in Oceanside, San Marcos and one in Escondido.”

“Unfortunately every time I go to this lab they are having software issues. They had trouble finding my insurance information for some reason. I hadcan appointment at 10 am. I checked in a little before that but for whatever reason people who came in after me were taken first. I wasn't in a hurry but I don't feel comfortable in hospital settings even though I was wearing a mask. My waitcwas onlyv20 minutes but I was puzzled why I had to wait. There were very few people in the lab area or in the waiting room when I arrived. Oh well, maybe they will find a system that works on their computers some day. Good, nice people. Excellent people who draw the blood.”

“I had a great easy experience here. I was a walk in ~11:30PM for routine blood draw and urine tests.
I checked in at the kiosk, and was helped fairly quickly. Both tests were easy and I had no issues. Conversation was pleasant as well.
I'd say, the techs' skill and personability are 5 stars.

The facilities are starting to get a little worn down and could use some love, taking off a star.”

“Went here for two rounds of gestational diabetes testing. I came right when the office opened and was the only one there.

They have a room with a comfortable recliner, a cot to lay on, and a TV as a place to wait between blood draws. I was made comfortable and checked on frequently.”

“Despite seeing mixed reviews from other customers, I would like to say thank you and highlight the professionalism of Isabel. During the process of drawing 13 vials of blood, I started feeling dizzy. Isabel was very patient, nice, and gentle. She gave me water and put a cold compress on my back so I wouldn't pass out.

I've visited the lab two days in a row, and my experience was smooth and straightforward each time.”

“I have never had bloodwork done before, so I was absolutely terrified! Going at the end of the day, Yvonne was there to help me and she was so patient and kind. Thank you so much for the positive experience despite my own personal fear of the visit! You’re the best!”

“The wait was longer than usual, but still only 20min after my scheduled appt time. The technician said their system was out earlier that week and they were accommodating rescheduled appt, so for that technical issue, 20min was acceptable in my mind. The technician was very skilled, no hard stick and no bruising!”

“I've always had a great experience here just walking in without an appointment. If you don't want to wait 15 minutes schedule an appointment online, it's super easy. The technicians are excellent and you would never know I had a blood test they're so precise.”

“They’re very efficient at this location. The front desk employees have always been considerate and helpful. Waiting is a given so it’s just something to expect, but when you make an appointment ahead of time it speeds things up quite a bit.
I’ve had Evelyn the past 2 times for a blood draw and she is absolutely amazing. I am notorious for having horrible veins and she’s so diligent and careful and hasn’t had to stick me twice like others places do. She is so sweet. I really appreciate her expertise and kindness.”
