“This location is so convenient for me. I stop by here maybe once a month. The employees are so helpful and always try to get me the cheapest price when shipping large items. They are friendly and more accommodating than USPS. Plus if they say they're open till 6pm, actually are. I have walked in once at about 5:59 PM and they still accepted my package for drop off.”

“The staff here is great! I came in to get invites printed & cut and everyone was so easy to work with and super friendly. Eric got super busy running the show but stayed calm and friendly despite all the stuff going on with other orders & the printer breaking down. Dante took over when Eric got tied up fixing the printer & helping additional walk ins. When they couldn’t find an immediate fix to the printer situation, they helped me find another location who could do what I needed- and they did the leg work to make sure everything was sent over to that location and would be ready for me. Wow, I just can’t say enough great things about this FedEx location, the customer service, and how well they worked as a team and under pressure. Thanks so much!”

“IDK why these guys get a bad wrap. Shipment arrived as it was packed. That is mainly on the original shipper. Scheduling a time to pick up my shipment was painless. When I showed up Ben promptly brought it to my vehicle. Doesn't get much better then that. Very helpful, would use again. In fact prior to this experience. Shipping large items was a daunting concept. Knowing I can use them for large freight is way cheaper than then UPS or FedEx. And really.. if you're shipping freight.. you're not concerned about overnight delivery.. lets be honest. Thanks for your help Ben. Look forward to using your services again.”

“So I ran into a lost package in Georgia, almost a week later somehow arrived at my local USPS location, and was grateful I got ahold of Weston, who went above and beyond to find my package (correct a problem the shipper made when writing the label). Let me just say, as stressed I was over this, Weston was so calm, positive, reassured me they had it, and located it in a few minutes. Every other time I've had package trouble at any shipping company I've had problems with have never been so pleasant let alone USPS. I promised I'd leave a 5 star review. Weston, you made my day.
