“We just stop by here in this costco before going back to DTLA...unfortunately 2 old ladies accidentaly drop a whole cup of soda...i approached BRITNEY to assist the ladies but instead she helped them herself...such a great day to help others and i praise the staff to assist them...”

“Very delayed review, but I like this location so very much!!! The employees are super nice, welcoming, and helpful. Not just one employee, but all the ones I’ve interacted with. Be it, customer service counter, in-store, entrance/exit, check-out. I don’t see this at other Costco locations and I’ve been to a fair share of them out-of-county/state and internationally. Haven’t met a bad apple at this location. They’re all so nice!”
