“I'm in the market to purchase a 22' Bambi Sport, thankfully I was able to rent with Roam & Board and test it out before I make the $50,000 purchase. Yes the nightly rate was a little steep but it was honestly worth it cause I'd hate to purchase something that expensive if I wasn't truly in love with the item.Overall it was a great experience. Camping is not everyones cup of team...it's a trip and adventure not necessarily a vacation. I know the memories to come with my family and our 22' will be worth every penny.Pros: They had the Airstream size I was interested in, The Airstream was clean, The training videos on YouTube were extremely helpful, Had several people stop me in the campground asking about the 22'.Cons: I had to bring my own bedding and kitchen items (due to COVID)Cheers,One Happy Camper”

I ordered and received a medallion that unfortunately lost its color. I was disappointed and posted a review of my displeasure. I was contacted by getbacksupply and provided them with a picture and order number. Today, I received an email that they are going to send me another medallion to replace the original!
I always expect good customer service but this company provides it!
