“Last week we went shopping for furniture at the San Mateo store location and had the pleasure of working with Meiling Zhong. Meiling was very patient answering lots of our questions and quite knowledgeable of their vast furniture options. She even moved furniture closer together to see if they complimented each other. We spent almost 2 hours in the store and bought over 12 pieces of furniture. The quality of the furniture and the excellent customer/ sales service by Meiling prompted us to give this review.”

“I went here today looking for a sofa, the store is well laid out, lots of options, very friendly staff, and no matter how many questions i asked and how annoying i might have been, the team was so nice and answered all my question.They did not pressure me for anything (to be transparent, i did not buy anything), they did try and work with me to give me the best price on what was available. I like this place, and recommend a visit.”
“My interaction with TFS was fantastic. I spoke with two separate individuals, both extremely helpful and courteous. We bought a new travel trailer with a standard trailer mattress with it's tags of all the chemicals we will be exposed to. Decided this was not for us. After hours of research and discussions ended up buying a Pure Comfort Organic Cotton Mattress. Looking forward to having it for our next trip.”

He taught us how to keep the warranty which neither the retailers nor the mattress stores had mentioned to us! He also offered some bonus that can really reduce the hassle on our end! “I like this furniture store as much as I like Macy's in general. They sell all kinds of furniture from dining tables to bedroom sets and sectionals. People who work here are friendly and are interested to make a sale. Another reason why I like the store is there area rugs section and mattress section. Both have great choices to choose from. Prices in the store are not the lowest but are not the highest in the Bay area. Highly recommended.”
