“I like their print and copy service. I can independently pay for photocopies and print documents that I email then receive a code to retrieve. Also like the ability to laminate documents and their 3-hole punch. If I have questions staff is happy and willing to assist me. Very convenient and close to home.”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

“We arrived to get a notary signature. We were the only ones. Quickly, 5 other customers arrived. Hana was by herself. We had an issue with our names. She politely asked other customers to wait 5 min. As she helped solve our issue, she took care of the others as well. None of the other customers griped. Thanks to them as well”
