“This review is only for the leasing and tour experience as I haven't yet been accepted or moved in. My wife and I toured the property TWICE with Jessenia. Prior to our tours she was very communicative both over the phone and email. When we arrived yesterday she made us feel so welcome, took lots of time with us and answered all of our questions. We are making a big move so we contacted her this morning to ask if we could come back. She gave us a same day appointment and spent at least an hour with us today too. We hope to get accepted so we get to join the beautiful community that Vue seems to be.”
“My husband and I lived there for over two years and had a great experience. The only downside was the loud noise from the pool area, since our balcony faced the pool and people often partied there with speakers allowed. Keep that in mind if you need a quiet space. Other than that, we never had any issues with the apartment. Everything was fairly new, and the maintenance team was excellent.”

“When I saw Farzan’s review I felt I needed to write a review… I tried to rent that unit a couple of years ago but was so repulsed by the carpet that I ended up going to a different building. A good friend of mine coincidentally rented this unit now that the landlord has replaced the carpet and I’m really disappointed that I was so turned off by the filth that I passed up on a great building. It’s clear that the landlord needed to replace the carpet, it was beyond help. I attached pictures from when I viewed the apartment right after this previous tenant left — the circles are clearly from dog urine.”
“I’ve lived here for some time. It’s fairly quiet. My unit is in the perfect spot. When I’ve made request to get things fixed the manager Olivia has been prompt in getting it done. The trees covered the pool area and she was able to get them cut back. I’m hoping this will help with the pool being warmer this summer. My flooring needed repairs and things were taken care of almost instantly.”
“After taking tour And saw a two bedroom townhome that was ready for an immediate move-in. We decided to move our move-in date from August to July. We like the townhome because it seems private, even though there are neighbors next-door.”
