“*UPDATE* MYy local Alvertsons is fantastic! The produce is fresh and it looks and tastes good! Prices are competitive for the quality. I am sold on the rewards program and find it to be of great value. Plus the employees are always nice and professional. This is a supermarket with a small town feel. ? I would definitely recommend shopping at Albertsons!
Still not feeling the Monopoly game, but thats a corporate issue not a store level issue. It's okay, but Im not sure about the Monopoly game. In my opinion, seems like just a ploy to get customers. I've talked to customers from South Central Los Angeles, West San Fernando Valley, and of course my experience at this San Pedro store....we are all short of the same exact tickets. Imagine that!!!!!”
“Good liquor store! My only issue is that they don’t have various sizes (smaller) of popular liquors that other stores do carry. Otherwise no complaints and they take EBT. Always easy to park???!”

“This is our usual weekly shopping choice and it really is a neighborhood store. However it is unfortunate that so much has to be locked up and safeguarded requiring assistance.”
“Both the laundry mat and this store are always so clean. The gentleman that works inside is always smiling and just pleasant to patronize. No attitudes when asking for change for change for laundry, you do have to go to the store for the key in the laundry but it’s to keep the bathroom clean.”

“It's more expensive than surrounding markets Amazon Fresh And Stater Bros both on opposite corners but this place is unique in that it focuses on a lot of products that regular markets either have in very little selection or none at all and that area is in healthy alternative types of products,theres more vegan, vegetarian, or those with dietary restrictions this is a top choice as they don't just have one type of any given product in these categories but 3 + where local market you'd be lucky to have one of the options you'll see here and their supplements vitamins etc is one of the largest anywhere .
Bottom line prices noticeably higher Selection and quality generally higher here to match prices you get what you pay for.”
“Friendly, kind, helpful people working there. Wide selection of quality household items, drinks and snacks. If only they had hard liquor, it'd be perfect but they do have a wide selection of wine for your last minute roasts. Only complaint is they're not open at 3am for those sleepless nights”

“Staying 2 nights at Motel 6 with no food coffee tea cups jug cutlery fridge etc but La Chiquita rescued us with snacks, croissants, pound loaf, other desperate needs and ALSO (whew) plastic cutlery, cups, picnic plates, odds and sods, even a nice local Moscato. Especial thanks to the lovely Chelsea behind the counter who must have wondered what jet-lagged aliens had descended on her... And also ?Connie for later restocks. La Chiquita, a non-local's survival house!”

“I have no complaints about this store at all. It's very clean & in a beautiful area of town and one thing I really love about this store since these days in San Pedro if u are a person that has to do there shopping and and run arons at later hours then the day shift most people must be on since no where is open at all after midnight anymore but guess what this store is open to 1am so don't stress thank the Lord or Ralphs because they are still open. That was a awesome thing to discover when I did. Open late , freindly employees, big clean store in a beautiful part of town. I'd recommend this store without a doubt to anybody.”
“This store changed its name . Now, this is a SUPERIOR Grocers located at 1 st st in San Pedro, CA.
It's a great place to buy fresh meat ready to cook ( include chicken, beef, pork, fish , shrimp, sort of ) they have their own brand of corn ? tortillas , vegetables , lácteos, pastry ? ?, wine, ? beers. It's a small place and neat, but it is full of varieties with a big parking lot.
Attention to the customers is good, and that is nice!!!
Prices are the average to others with the difference in fresh ...!!.”

He makes your drinks the best never a mistake but it's his personality and charisma that has you going back there as much as possible having a bad day forget about it. He always makes it better by cracking a joke that can keep a smile off your face if u tried. In a world of cruelty and rudeness is just an everyday occurrence it's really something when u can cross paths with someone like ROBERT”
