“Friendly front desk, free cruise-port shuttle, and breakfast options—nice if you're staying just one night before embarking. Rooms are basic and a bit worn, and noise from the street can be a problem. For the price and convenience, it does the job, but don’t expect luxury.”

“Ar first during the first check in, I wasn't too impressed. It seemed as tho I bothered the guys behind the desk and I was a bit disappointed. They did make up for it when I had to stay another night due to storm issues. It was pretty stressful down there for everyone around and they really kept themselves together and stayed really nice and helpful. Now Russel, the guy that loads up the heavy suitcases Into the cookie van and takes everyone to their stops with so much personality and great smile, is the best type of employee you can ask for and the best chauffeur/customer service guy, you can hope to have help you when you are staying here. He really made an unfortunate, more expensive, unplanned, part of the trip, alot more enjoyable and fun. He really saved us some headaches and some money fitting us in the shuttle schedule some how, which noone seemed to be able to, and actually seemed to care about all of us. The facilities were pretty clean, inside. Pool is not heated during winter, which I thot it was. The gym was very nice and has a little of everything in there. Nice little beach about a half mile walk. Restaurant downstairs was pretty great and the worker guys in the morning were really nice too. I would recommend this place to people. Seemed to have alot of parking and Ramos for wheelchairs and working we elevators. Even the maintenance guy working on the wooden hand rail on the stairs going up to the 2nd floor was super nice and all smiles.”

“A good place to stay conveniently located to long beach and site seeing. the price is extremely reasonable. unfortunately it is an older inn the rooms are showing their age. but you get clean sheets and a clear bathroom. the front staff very friendly and accommodating to my needs. you can stay at a pricier location or you can save some money and stay at a decent place to sleep and used what you saved on other things.”

“it was great at the beginning but then the man in the front desk witch I scan say he works Hard I didn't get my room clean and he kick me out stating there was no rooms t B at night any more.butvi went on line and I gutva better deal 46 dollars a night the same day?4th of July I never thought I spender without Holly.”
