“Luis and his team did a great job repairing the damage to my Camry after it was rear-ended but it's their follow-up service that really impressed me. Several weeks after the repair, I accidentally peeled off the corner of the protective strip on the newly repaired back bumper and damaged the paint job underneath. I showed it to Luis and he had the entire bumper repainted at no expense. He even reattached a front panel that I had knocked loose in the time between paint jobs, again free of charge. It's a real pleasure to find places that stand by their work like Luis does. I hope to have zero need for an auto body shop going forward but if I do, this is the only place where I'll take my car.”

“I didn’t see the private property sign where I parked last night. They towed my car which is definitely on me. I understand these guys have a job to do so the fact of that matter is appreciable. However after sprinting across town from the shelter to the only available EBT atm I got the cash I needed then sprinted BACK across town to pay them to get my car back. I had asked the person who towed my car he said it was him (I don’t want to exploit his full name so I’m just calling him RC). I had no resentment towards these people - despite maybe them seeing my car was filled with ALL my storage and them charging me $441.50 to tow it half a mile - UNTIL RC followed up his response to my initial question; challenging me by saying “what? You’re unhappy?” My blood boiled. I hesitantly replied with “I don’t know how to answer that” trying not to reciprocate what I thought was downright disgusting behavior on his part Again: I understand that people have their jobs to do. But this rubbed me the wrong way. It was unprofessional, undermining, and passive considering the signs in front of him pointing towards the owner of the vehicle struggling to stay afloat. Im giving them five stars because I support the industry and I'm grateful to have my car back. My car is my lifeline right now. But I wrote this to acknowledge most of my money is gone now because I gave it to someone who seemed to enjoy too much making someone else’s day a bit worse. Don’t treat the next guy in my position like this please. And definitely don’t charge $441.50 for LESS than a mile tow away…”
