“Check-in was super easy, getting the rental was easy, Konrad was clear with instructions and provided clear expectations of the rental agreement.
There was another Team Member working specifically getting the rentals out and checked back in and he was a great help as well! I drove a bit too far when checking back in and he helped me back up through their lot.

The lot was small and overcrowded, and the office was not very hospitable. But the attendant was friendly and did his best to help me. I was grateful to find a 1-way rental at all, so on balance and overall pleased with the experience.”
