“I usually don't write reviews unless I really feel impressed by the service. I had never been to this store before. When I lost my phone and bought a new one there, I ran into a problem with my SIM card. Fortunately, the store manager, Safi, and his helpful associate stayed with me until everything was sorted out. While I was talking to them, Safi also took care of changing my work DirectTV service and found me a much better deal. Thanks to them, I ended up saving hundreds of dollars! I truly believe that without Safi’s help, it wouldn't have been possible. Five stars just isn't enough—I wish there were a seven-star option! I highly recommend this store.”

“This is probably the best Verizon store in the East Bay, Brandon, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He assisted me and was able to get me in and out with my new device and all data transferred in about half an hour. The team did a great job; I highly recommend this location for their excellent service and efficiency!”

“My phone wasn't charging so I brought it in. The gentleman took it in the back and came back about 3 minutes later with it working. He found dirt in the port and was able to pull it out no problem and didn't charge me at all. 10/10 service. Highly recommend having them fix your electronics.”

“The staff here is great, especially James! He was able to salvage my frustrating experience of trying to replace my phone via Verizon online. I won’t get into it, but long story short, I decided to go in after not receiving my phone for a week, and James was able to get me a solution that had me out of there with a new phone in about 30 minutes. Great customer service. Next time I need to figure out something with Verizon, I’ll just handle it in person. It would have saved me hours!”

“Lindsay assisted me and my friend. I was with att for years but she switched me to the 55 plus plan which worked way better for what I use. Be patient because they get extremely busy! Customers need to understand it's not their fault they are busy. Customer service is worth it”

“Daniel Daniel Daniel-All day!!!! Pleasant man welcoming fixed my major issues I had from the hayward store and the ATT customer service. I was driving around town with a service that cut off from one phone to another-so was very frustrated at the customer service # I called. Ive went to hayward ATT-today-aside from Vanessa! The other team members are not helpful. I had been to two AT&T stores today to gladly walk into the Pleasanton AT&T to meet Daniel. I will never go to another AT&T store again come in and ask for Daniel Pleasant willing not pushy You All the things you need with all of this technology. I am very grateful!!! He has such a kind demeanor and even while juggling multiple clients, he remained focused and positive. He provided excellent customer service and made sure we got the most out of the new changes at the best rate. I would give him 5 stars but as a business as a whole, I was surprised that he was so extremely helpful and knowledgable while other staff was not productive or skilled enough to assist in a similar way.
