“A gentleman by the name of Andrew (as well as multiple other staff I didn’t catch the names of) helped me upgrade my phone via the trade-in offer, and honestly, this was by far my best experience at an at&t store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Service was fast, and more thorough than expected, though it’d been years since I’d been to an at&t store, so maybe that’s the norm now. We worked with Faisal and he was fantastic - patient, helpful and gave us several options to select the best phone and plan. I also worked with a couple of other folks there and they were all very helpful, but Faisal was particularly efficient and knowledgeable. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years now and been to multiple stores - most have not had a bad experience, but this one stood out for me as being truly exceptional.”
“I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!!
