When I lost my phone and bought a new one there, I ran into a problem with my SIM card. Fortunately, the store manager, Safi, and his helpful associate stayed with me until everything was sorted out. While I was talking to them, Safi also took care of changing my work DirectTV service and found me a much better deal. Thanks to them, I ended up saving hundreds of dollars! I truly believe that without Safi’s help, it wouldn't have been possible. Five stars just isn't enough—I wish there were a seven-star option! I highly recommend this store.”

“My phone plan was recently converted from US Cellular to T-Moblie a couple of days ago. While visiting family out of state in Danville CA I noticed I was not getting any data service. So, I went to a T-Mobile store in San Ramon, CA to help me find out what was going on with my plan. I worked with a young lady at the store, May Tango. Not only was she very knowledgeable about what was happening with my plan. She switched me to another with more benefits and a lower monthly rate. When my phone service transferred to T-Mobile from US Cellular, the new service didn't have any data service included. She recognized it immediately, contacted T-Mobile and had me upgraded within minutes. She was awesome to work with.”
