“The only store I do business with simply because of how well I am treated every single time. Me and my family drive all the way from fremont just because they are so attentive caring and genuine. I have never been ripped off here everything is explained in detail and they do their best to get you the best deals. Just got an upgrade for my daughter, was given multiple options of how to go about it which online I could not see. I urge anyone that was great service to come here. The employees are not responsible for set prices but they always go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deals”

“I usually don't write reviews unless I really feel impressed by the service. I had never been to this store before. When I lost my phone and bought a new one there, I ran into a problem with my SIM card. Fortunately, the store manager, Safi, and his helpful associate stayed with me until everything was sorted out. While I was talking to them, Safi also took care of changing my work DirectTV service and found me a much better deal. Thanks to them, I ended up saving hundreds of dollars! I truly believe that without Safi’s help, it wouldn't have been possible. Five stars just isn't enough—I wish there were a seven-star option! I highly recommend this store.”

“My phone plan was recently converted from US Cellular to T-Moblie a couple of days ago. While visiting family out of state in Danville CA I noticed I was not getting any data service. So, I went to a T-Mobile store in San Ramon, CA to help me find out what was going on with my plan. I worked with a young lady at the store, May Tango. Not only was she very knowledgeable about what was happening with my plan. She switched me to another with more benefits and a lower monthly rate. When my phone service transferred to T-Mobile from US Cellular, the new service didn't have any data service included. She recognized it immediately, contacted T-Mobile and had me upgraded within minutes. She was awesome to work with.”

“I am with Bayarea Cellphone companies for 25 years now. Jason is very polite, exact, and a good support for cell phones. He has fixed a G1 handset, which was soaked in water, as well as SamSung Note 2 handset screen, and replacing the mini-USB connector. Price is definitely reasonable. Most definitely recommend their services. The best in the Eastbay!”
